Nice people. Reasonable rates. I got good information and advice from the owner. I like doing business with local, non-chain businesses when I have the option. They have cards, envelopes and offer a lot of other useful services. Parking is limited though but I have actually never had a problem finding a place in front to duck in and grab my mail.

I have used Ballard Mailbox a couple of times, both for buying supplies and for USPS shipping. They are great! Very sweet and attentive, and quick to expedite you. Never had any problems whatsoever - Ill use them more in the future, for sure!

Its a small locally run place - but friendly people and great service. They have been our mail forwarding service for years. Limited parking.
