I have been a customer of this UPS store since 2005. Prior to this, I was a customer of the Battle Ground UPS store, and I have been quite impressed with the service of this location. The crew is quite friendly and helpful, and when I receive an overnight package, I always get a phone call to let me know that my package has arrived. This saves me the trouble of going there constantly to check my mail, and I can always depend on them to keep me informed of all my incoming packages and mail. In addition to their mailing and box services, I make many photocopies at this store. I operate my own business and there is no need for me to have a copying machine when I can use their copying services. They have recently added two brand new high volume copy machines that print in both black and white, and color. Their per copy prices are much more reasonable than Kinkos and Office Max, the copiers utilize the latest technology and features, and I always purchase a copy card from them to get a volume discount. I have been quite happy with the services of this UPS store, and I will continue to use them for as long as I remain in business.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! They accepted a USPS next day package, never telling me that there was no way they could get it to the post office by 2:00 so it could get to its destination next day. When I called to ask why I wasnt told that they couldnt ship overnight for USPS BEFORE they accepted my package, I was told that if I wanted an overnight guarantee I should have shipped it UPS. It ended up taking 3 (THREE) days to get to its destination and I had to refund the eBay buyer $20.00 because she didnt get it next day. Im thinking that because this was a paypal shipping transaction they had no incentive to get it there on time. I will NEVER EVER use them again!!!!!!!!!

I felt like i got a very bad deal on shipping. I needed to get a box, a shoe sized box to a destination (in the continental US) within 6-7 days. I wanted UPS but they dont do PO Boxes i guess, but whatever, so USPS is is. The clerk there tells me that the only possible solution will cost $32! As I HAD to get it there in time, i paid. But after reviewing USPS services and rates online, i feel like i was flat out lied to so that their little store could make a few (but more like a bunch) bucks. Ok well so be it. All I can say is I will not ever be going to this UPS store, hope they are not all like this.

I went in to print 2 color copies from a flash drive and was charged a $3 computer access fee. I gave her the flash drive, told her the file name, she opened it, did right-click print, and handed me the flash drive back. It took maybe 15 seconds. That is apparently $3 worth of computer access. I thought it might be a mistake (the receipt says "Scanning") but when I asked her about the charge she just seemed annoyed, as did the other guy working. Go somewhere else for your printing and other services. Next time Ill use $3 of gas to go somewhere with better service and reasonable prices.

Ive been to this location a few times with large packages. Each time they have been excellent. The service was quick, professional, but most importantly to me -- hassle free. Packaging, options, tracking... they just take care of it and do it well. At other companys stores, they werent even allowed to assist with boxing my item (a guitar in a case) and didnt have a right sized box for the shipment. I will continue to use this UPS location in the future.

The notary service is $10 per signature, seems outragous to me. Then I needed to send my documents and they told me UPS was cheaper than USPS Express. I was in a hurry so I didnt have time to research. When I got back to the office UPS was twice as much.... The guy/owner flat out lied to me. As others have said go somewhere else to do business.

Service sucks! Employee got irritated so fast. Was stern and impatient. Shorter lady with glasses and black hair needs to be replaced. I live down the street , but Ill drive to another ups store. Service is WAY better at other UPS locations. I cant stand spending money where people arent grateful for the business.

Although the store could use some updating, everything else is great. The employees are friendly, and remember who I am. Easy parking too. Shopping center is great also. Coffee, groceries, and take and bake pizza. I would recommend this UPS Store location.

I use these folks for all of my shipping. They are great to work with and I find some of these reviews to very strange. Sounds like someone had a bad day before they came into the store. Anyway, I highly recommend them.

One lady got irritated that I needed a price quote first, then another guy snapped at me for not speaking loud enough...in a quiet room. All within minutes, sending Xmas gifts. Youve been warned.

I went in to get my will notarized, the owner said "Come back after Christmas". Im glad I lived long enough to find the UPS Store at 13504 NE 84th St. Those people know how to give good service!
