I would give less than a zero if I could...My girlfriend recently lost her grandfather in a car accident and we wanted to send her grandmother a care package up to Canada where she lives to make her feel better. A small box, nothing to large. The process to send it was easy and we were set. That was on April 25th. It is now May 11- after telling her grandmother to check the mail countless times during this hard time it still hasnt arrived. So, we went to check tracking online. There was no checking, not one scan at all. USPS hasnt even received it! So we go talk to the UPS Store and try to find out what is going on. The package is completely missing and no one knows where it is. They say that its not their fault and that they gave it to USPS and we should deal with them. However, USPS has no record of ever receiving our box. So, now were stuck between a rock and hard place. My girlfriend, who called fairly upset and talked to the manager. The women told my girlfriend that she has issues and will never give her a refund, and to get a lawyer-She didn’t even receive an apology. Yes, we signed legal paperwork, but the UPS Store did not follow through with the service we paid for at all- there is ZERO PROOF that they gave our package to USPS, ZERO- thus it is their fault and only their fault. They didnt even attempt to assist us. We are good people and just want a refund so we can send her grandmother another care package. Around $50.00. No empathy at all for us. They could literally care less. I will never go through this company again and I suggest that you dont either. They dont deserve your money. We were just trying to do a kind thing and theyve ruined everything for us. Oh- and most importantly-after calling the store at least 5 times over 3 days- the store employee put my girlfriend on hold again. However- my girlfriend could hear every word they said about her. She heard the manager openly admit to ignoring her calls, and told the employee to "respond as she had directed him because she didnt want to deal with her". And when the manager finally took the call she pretended she had no idea what the problem was. We dont appreciate overhearing your employees talk about their customers - perhaps you should learn how to put the phone on hold correctly.

I checked online and it said the UPS Store was open till 7pm. I got there at 6:30. I tried opening the door, and it was not opening. I was confused because I saw other customers in there, so I tried opening it again. The worker in long brown hair ( a woman ) made a knife motion across her throat and yelled they were closed then kind of laughed / smiled to her coworker. The customers were more sympathetic than the employees looking at me. I drove around till I found FedEx which end up being close by. They were open, and very helpful! I will be going there from here on out. I want her, and the person that posts the hours written up. This all happened less then an hour ago.

I came into this store to take care of shipping a complete set of heirloom fine china from Portland to Phoenix, AZ (over 90 pieces, including serving trays, etc). The set wasnt particularly expensive from a valuation perspective, but priceless to me because of its history in our family. I dropped off the entire collection and immediately felt like we were in good hands while they packed it up. We ended up with 3 large boxes, delivered just 3 days later. Everything was packed carefully and perfectly (by Terri Ann, I believe). I recommend this store without hesitation for any special shipping!

Store on Google says open until 6:30 and the open sign on the shop Is lit. There were several people inside. But door was locked. Just trying to drop off a pre paid package and the guy inside just shrugged his shoulder and raised his land. Then kinda laughed and turned to a Co worker. Very disrespectful.

I bought something online through a major store and couldnt take it back at that store due to the fine print issues. Sending my products back was a hassle but DAVID at the happy valley store was awesome and went out of his way to help me out and did me a solid. GREAT staff at this location.

New staff doesnt seem very competent. Was there to ask for a UPS Express envelope for sending some documents overseas but they told me that I cant use UPS Express envelope for international, had me pay a few bucks to buy one of their "UPS store" envelopes.
