As a struggling young person with a talent for illustration and drawing/ (art in general) I really appreciated the customer service I got from a specific employee a while back ago, when I was printing out my fliers for my pet-portrait business. I needed to edit the type because I forgot to "create outlines" in the program I was using on my computer. Along with helping me find the solution to my problem, he gave me means to fix it out of the good of his heart when he shared his fedex card with me, so I could get on the computer for just a couple minutes for free to correct the problem. You dont come across kind people like that every day who can see the needs of others. I didnt ask for his help but I appreciated his generosity and the way he wanted to be involved helping me with my business. It meant a lot to me as a customer, and thats what good customer service is all about. I dont expected to be treated that kindly again, but I will keep giving them my business : )

I literally just had the WORST customer experience of my life at the FedEx on Sunnyside. I wanted to print 4 pieces of cardstock paper front and back in color, and after 30 minutes of waiting, they tried to charge me $47.98 and gave me so much attitude about it, it was ridiculous. The man assisting me was so rude, it was unbelievable. I ended up walking across the street to Offixe Depot and got it done in less than 5 minutes and for $2.88. Im a small business owner and I do thousands of dollars in business a year at FedEx. Due to this horrible experience, I will absolutely be taking my business over to Office Depot.

This store seems to give me headaches each time I try it. From hardware malfunctions to being overcharged. The staff has a hard time solving problems. Today I went in to scan a 11x17 map. The self serve only scanned up to 81/2x11 and the staff could only help if I had a thumb drive. They turned me away, however, Office Depot just around the corner quickly helped me out at a great price. They scanned my doc to email in about 5 minutes and sent me on my way. This is the second time Office Depots copy center has saved me from Kinkos failures. I will skip Kinkos from now on.

Staying at The Days Inn I thought Id save a little time by going here; NOT SO!: unfriendly service , very expensive. The mail store I went to down the road previously took my information, printed out a label, and packed a large envelope for me. These people handed me an envelope and a form with printing so small I could not read it! In addition their lowest rate was more to send 3 sheets of paper than the mail store charged for a small package. So I walked out!

I have never used a printer that required you to pay and was unclear about how to do that. I asked for help a few times and made it clear by saying Id never done this before. The employees were much more focused on doing whatever tasks they were doing before I came in. When an employee finally came over to help me, her attitude and demeanor would best be described as a mix of disdain and cluelessness. I felt disrespected and was glad to leave as soon as I could.

I had a package returning to me and was not able to be at home when the package was going to arrive at my place. So I requested through the tracking website from fedex to have the package shipped to this location. They called me the Morning it had arrived and the gal that answered the phone had a great attitude about it all. Pickup was a piece of cheese cake! Great location. Easy to get to. Big Company logo right on the side of the building.

I was there tonight about 6:45. Your employee, Jim, was so helpful and professional! Give him a raise or recognition of some sort. I was Frustrated from my experience a few minutes before at the UPS Store. Jim helped me, out and got my package set so quickly. I will not got back to the UPS Stor, but I will gladly go back to Fedex when ever I need shipping again. Employees like, Jim, are rare and wonderful! Thank you!

I have had several posters mounted on foam board (16x20) and the turnaround was so quick. The staff answered all my questions and always got my approval before moving forward with any changes.
