Very upset with UPS- will never use them to ship! Ordered something giving all the correct info. Apparently the company didnt add my apt #. I live in a small complex. I waited and waited for the package. When I checked on it I saw on the UPS site that they couldnt deliver it because of no apt number. When I called- they said it was going to be sent back to the sender the next day. I am furious! There are so many options available- they could have called me, they could have gone to the office of our small complex... What was their response? Well, we sent a post card... What?

The worst service Ive had. Apparently my two packages are MIA. I payed for two day shipping and now my packages are gone? I tried to pick it up at store and the front desk employee acted like she had no idea what she was talking about and she had a very awful attitude when I tried to explain myself. She just kept saying I could call customer service but I did not need customer service and when I told her that she hung up on me. If possible, I will never use UPS again.

I placed the order to print gift cards. I Was told to pick up it in a week. But it actually took over 2 weeks, well, that will be fine if they have decent quality. The sizes for gift cards not uniform, the card is absolutely thinner than my sample card, thats why they offer cheaper price than others. I see. They also promised to apply discout for slower service than expected, But they didnt make it anyway. Not honest, not decent printing service.

The girl manning the store really need to tone down the attitude. Theyre not going to change the World one snarky print at the time, and they do a terrible job at it. In order to get 3 11X17 color copies, it took her 5 tries... Huffing her indignation all the way, until a co-worker had to save her.

Sending a package to the UK and the UPS Store said they have a addon fee of $140.... They didnt tell me this until i went to the Post Office and mailed the same package for $140 without the extra UPS Store fee of $140. Beware they have a addon fee they NEVER tell you!
