I entered in to a year long battle with this UPS store starting in January 2013. During the busy holiday season, I brought a bag of packages to the store to have boxed up shipped to family across the country. The line was out the door but a worker took me to the back room to box the gifts. During this time, I had to be a witness to 2 workers yelling at each other, 1 on her cell phone, and another in tears. Despite feeling very uncomfortable, I shrugged it off as I can imagine these workers are very stressed over the holiday season. In the middle of this, I was asked to leave the back room and that my box would be packed and brought to the register for payment. That was all well and good until the box arrived at my familys house. A box containing a nice necklace was missing and several of the wrapped packages were torn apart (despite the shipping box being in good condition). I filed a complaint with the store and claimed the missing jewelry. I had several months of going back and forth between phone calls with store employees and got nowhere. At one point I was told that they could issue $100 for the missing item and then on another call I was told that was not true. I sent numerous emails and left several voice messages but rarely got a response. I finally called corporate headquarters in order to move things along, as at this point, it had taken several months. Corporate headquarters helped quite a bit, however, it wasnt smooth. I received mixed messages between corporate headquarters and the store as to who was to write the check for our claim. Eventually I was pointed back to the store itself and began a dialogue with an employee there. That employee contacted me using his personal email and wrote a nasty note to me about myself and my husband. Not only is this unprofessional and disheartening, it made me worry about the safety of my personal information in the store database. I can happily say that my claim is now resolved and I received compensation for the lost item. Once I was put in touch with the owners- things moved forward quickly and efficiently. Was it worth the hassle to get to this point? Absolutely not.

Incredibly slow, not efficient or proficient. Had cuts made once and asked for the border to be removed. How we they kept on handing me the papers with a white broader. We went back and forth 4 times with me saying "there is still a visible white boarder". Wish there was another print shop in town

Hi! This is the first time I have ever written a review on any site. In my previous employment I used to use the UPS Store services almost daily. Each and every time the service was top notch and I was always excited to come back and actually say hi to friends :)

Standard UPS Store location. I use it pretty much exclusively for return packages to Amazon. But I guess if I needed to make copies or use a computer, this would be my spot.
