I was at this location yesterday (Friday, 4pm) and got horrible customer service. The short kid behind the counter with dark hair and glasses was downright patronizing! I went to this location because I needed to make copies of some photos and the location I usually go to was temporarily closed due to a power outage. So I went in assuming that all FedEx/Kinkos are the same: I walk in and am not greeted with anything other than silence and have to look around to find an employee b/c I dont see a photo machine. Once I find him, I nicely ask if Id not been able to locate the machine I need. I get a sarcastic, "Nope, were probably like one of the only ones around who dont have one." Then he turns and starts to walk away! So I have to ask where I might find one. He keeps walking and plants himself behind the counter, then gloomily responds,"Well, I guess you could try the one out on Hwy 224." I told him I didnt know where that was. (Im pregnant, mind you.) He shrugged and smugly said, "Have a nice day." I told him I wouldnt since he didnt really help me and was attempting to walk out the door when he repeatedly kept calling after me, "Have a nice day." What a jerk!!!

First off, Id like to say that Mariah and one of the male employees there are always super helpful and reply to my emails in due time. Whenever those two help me out, the product and exchange is never finished until they know that Im satisfied. I print a lot of stuff there (mainly posters) and they will keep on printing the product until it looks good. Then theres Adawn, who has the worst customer service in the store. Every single word she says comes with a condescending tone. The way she responds to your questions makes you feel stupid, even when youre just asking for advice. The snobbiness helps no one and every time Ive gone in there, I leave without having purchased anything and feeling super pissed. Please fire this woman. She is giving your store a bad name in the neighborhood.

I am not one to write up reviews unless the experience is stellar. So here I am. Mariah helped me (I think that is what her name tag read). I lugged in a box bigger then myself and she ran to the door to open it and immediately started helping me, in the midst of helping several others as well. I appreciate the help I got, and felt so taken care of. I cant say enough nice things about Mariah, she was beyond amazing at customer service, multitasking, and she did it all with ease, calmness, and grace.

Self service printing was super slow/ hard to use. Staff were trying to help but were ultimately unable to print what i wanted. (Black and white pdfs on 8.5 x 11 paper). Wasted my time sitting in sellwood traffic too.

This location released my package to someone who did not have my name. I have tried to call to discuss this with someone but they do not answer their phone nor do they have a voicemail. I am VERY displeased.

WORST place ever. Their computers work at 3mph and CHARGE you for that time. They dont print email info. Absolutely useless, i will never be returning. Get out of the stone age!!
