I love Oregon Citys UPS Store! Kathy, the owner and her staff are so friendly and helpful in all my printing needs. When my father-in-law passed away and I was creating his funeral program, all the ladies helped me so much. I needed it to be perfect and they met my needs at every tweak I requested. It was perfect! Whether I need something printed, shipped, faxed or photocopied they have come through for me. Plus love the York Peppermint Patties and Hi Chews!! I wont go anywhere else.

All the girls are just so NICE and they are always willing to help. I use them for my business and I feel that they are efficient, dependable and have very good prices, what else could you ask for? Did I mentioned their great customer service! When we had a little misunderstanding, their customer service was and continues to be outstanding. No one is perfect but taking care of the issues is what separates a good business from a GREAT business! This guys are GREAT!

Dropping packages off is usually a time consuming boring wait, but I am impressed with the fluidity and knowledge of the staff (Alaina) and the ease of getting a package sent. I have also utilized their printing capability when I needed a batch of Reunion flyers made for my familys upcoming even, I was impressed at the quality and price!

Very customer friendly in person. The UPS tracking number on my receipts was wrong, so I had to call them to find out where the package was, and get the correct #. The lady who answered the phone apologized, but I doubt anyone cared. It took me 20 minutes to track a package that should have taken only 2 minutes. Oh well.

The entrance to this store is awful. The door has to be pulled outward, so if you are carrying several boxes or a large one you have to put them down, open the door and block it with your body then pick up your packages to enter the store. There is no automatic handicapped opener, which would solve the problem.

Everyone always nice here and i am a frequent customer. But you find out what kind of customer service you are dealing with when there is a problem. Today i had an issue and it was not handled well. It was handled so poorly that i will discontinue using this particular store.
