tracking was great. but when they quote on quote tried to deliver it, they then left with my package saying i was not home. my little sister answered the door say "my brother lemuel is upstairs and will be down really quick." and they didnt wait, they just left, i was literally like a min. im sorry if the person that answers the door say the name of the person on the package is home and will be there really quick you dont just leave. and better yet i was just calling to see what happened and was wondering if it be back in time that day for me to pick up and they said no and i was like ok i can just wait till tomorrow to for them to deliver it. but some reason at 6 in the morning someone decided to change it to me picking it up, when i never ask them to. the people i talk to on the phone seem vary nice and they were polite. its just i would expect better from people and businesses to do there jobs.

DHL is the worst service we have ever experienced. Last two shipments one was sent to Canada by mistake and took a week to get it back with many phone calls and total confusion on DHL part , last one yesterday they tried to deliver to a business at 7:30 or 8PM and left due to closed. Why would any delivery service consistently try to deliver at 8PM in the evenings. We notified them about this but to no avail.. Always trying to chase our deliveries every time. They are small packages with documents in them we need on time . I have instructed the company who is sending documents to us to STOP using DHL. We have no problems with FedEx or UPS only DHL. Very poor service to say the least.

They came by my house at 2:30 which is not a normal time compared to UPS or Fedex, I left I note but they did not leave the package at my door. The person who I talked to on the phone was great, tried to contact the driver to get them turned around because i got the note saying they will try again 15 minutes after it was placed. Driver was unable to bring my package today and I will have to wait the weekend until I will get my product. If I had the option I would not use this for shipping, the only reason they got 3 stars was because of the A+ Customer support over the phone who tried to help me out.

Ordering from sellers on amazon using this DHL GLOBAL has been the worst experience can you imagine paying shipping fees in the US to mail a book more then media mail with USPS, in the mail on Dec 1st and not getting it until a month later ? Is this horseback, or on a ship around the world ? Who takes this long to mail something ? I dont even want to purchase from anyone using this again Fed X and USPS even on regular mail have never done anything like this and I mail things with them every month across the US.

Absolutely horrendous customer service that will not follow through with what they say they are going to do. Customer service will lie to you about driver information. Customer service will try and make you file complaints on the driver for their mistakes. I will be requesting all packages I ship and receive personal and business to use any carrier over dhl no matter what the cost. To top it all off every product I have ever received from dhl gets damaged. Never again.

My package was on hold for three days before delivery attempt. I was not home to sign for it but there was a notice saying they will try again the next business day. Today is that day, and now my package is back at their main location in Portland ON HOLD again. Not out for delivery as it should be. I called to find out what the hold up is and suddenly my package was labeled "potentially dangerous goods". Sorry DHL. Not a fan of your services.

Theres a reason very few companies use DHL, as theyre incompetent, inconsiderate and clearly have contempt for you, their customer. There isnt another carrier in existence that wont allow a customer to pickup a package after a missed delivery. I had a "guaranteed delivery date" that was missed 4 days ago. What did DHL customer service say about this? Basically, to bend over and take it. Hence, the one-star review.

Awful service, ordered from a company that was in the U.K. That shipped to the U.S. It got to the USA fine but i had to be home or sign a paper and put it on the door which I did, but the delivery person just moved the paper to a different place on the door and wouldnt leave it on my porch for two weeks! It was an insane amount of time to wait for something that should have been at my house in 3-4 days.

Never use dhl again I send a camera to my brother in spain and they want to charge him 750 euros duties fee I requests a return and when I received the package they charge my $153 import duties crazy never used again For $170+$850+153=$1173 ......
