UPS NOT! For years I have used UPS. My dad worked for them so I knew the dirt. I figured for my move from Pennsylvania, Id give them, FEDEX, a try because they were cheaper. 1) You get what you pay for, 2) Run away from this company as if your life depends on it, and 3) Understand that their customer service has to be the lowest of ANY industry. My foldable bike was damaged and I got my insurance claim fulfilled after calling every 3 days to get the claim processed. This took 3 months even though I started it as soon as I took delivery. I used to work telephone customer service. You can tell these FEDEX employees hate the company for which they work. Call center in Mexico/Latin America after hours with perfect American accents, but serious attitude like the U.S. based employees. I waited too late to file a claim on my computer because the box was intact and everything "appeared" normal. When I took my computer out of storage, it had been deceptively re-taped to look normal during shipping, but everything inside was scratched like it had gone across the warehouse floor. Why did this NEVER happen the multiple times that I shipped my LARGER iMAC through UPS? Wow! DO NOT SHIP anything other than a letter with this company. They are worse than lousy!

So the deal is this: I had a shipment which was desperately needed. My vendor sent it to me via fedex. It was supposed to be here Friday Morning, so I was here at 7:10 waiting for it. It was not delivered, there was no knock on the door, and there was no notice hung on my door. After getting the tracking # we found that it was in Fife on Saturday, but had no way of getting it. Monday morning arrived and so did I ... At 7:10 again as that is my usual time. The day went on, I turned away business ( a very painful thing to do) and went to searching. I could not locate it. I bitched at my vendor, and the vendor relayed that two attempts have been made and now I would have to go pick it up. So, long story short- Fedex was untruthful about their attempts to deliver this to my door. If they had attempted they would have left notification. If they had attempted they would have walked in the open door. If they had attempted they would have delivered as there was someone here, with an unlocked door at both times they said they were here. B S!. Now I will drive 13 miles each way to get the package. Thanks Fedex

Consistently fails to deliver packages. I been home twice when a door tag has been put on my door. First package yesterday mark as delivered at Office. This was a two day shipment. They left a door tag stating required a signature due to safety concerns. Said they left it at the Office. I checked, nope they didnt. Still shows delivered. Called FedExs local office. They do not have it. Seems like there driver is stealing packages on the route I live on. Second time was with an over night package for Saturday delivery. A tag was left on my door saying required signature due to safety again. Yet both my girlfriend and I were home, and we heard no door bell. Called FedEx, they are refusing to deliver till Monday, and stated that the driver would not be back to the local FedEx facility till after they closed to the public. Stating I could not pick my package up. Door Tag says I can pick it up after 6pm, but calling them they state no. Definitely not shipping FedEx anytime soon.

It appears FedEx has no customer service values. Tried to have a package held while out on vacation, support said they couldnt do it without Dells (the sender) permission (Dell wont change this, buying from HP going forward). Package delivery attempt while I was out (go figure). Waited at home on the next supposed delivery date with no delivery. Called FedEx support to see if I could pick the package up, they said no, the location was closed on Saturday. Requested new delivery date for when I would be home, the following Monday. Called support Monday morning after seeing no change on tracking. The support rep said the location didnt deliver on Mondays ??? and the package would be delivered Tuesday. After explaining I wouldnt be home on Tuesday, occasionally have to work, and asked if I could pick it up the rep said no. They really want me to sign to release liability for the package, dumbest thing I can imagine doing.

The most unprofessional organization in the country. Like most folks these day, I purchase quite a high number of items online. I have managed to dissuade the great majority of my vendors NOT to use FedEx. The remainder, for one reason or another, continue to use FedEx sporadically. It is my sincere hope that this company will cease to exist in the near future. If you think this is an unrealistic wish just think people probably thought there would always be a Kodak, or Pontiac, or a Montgomery Wards, etc, etc. UPS and the Post Office are both far superior.

I had a package delivered to my brother. It had been opened and something had been removed out of the package FEDEX will not take on the responsibility for what was stolen out of the package. It should have never been opened in the first place..I insured it for 100.00 dollars but they do not want to pay that 100.00 dollars.. They just steal from people who are on disability.. Is all.

I will not ship with them ever again. I was trying to send a package to a friend, and they riped up some stuff in the box. They ruined the note In the box. They had to change the box witch was fine, but they just cut the label off the box, and in the prosess, they ruined things in the box. They could have at least made a new label. I will NOT EVER be shipping with them again.

By far the worse shipping experience I have ever had I get a door tag saying that they try to deliver my package in the morning after I went to work. So I set up a time to deliver it by phone. I get home the tag says that that tried to deliver it at the exact same time as the day before and they are refusing to deliver it again. I will never ship with them again.

Horrible experience, I will NEVER have them deliver it deal with any of my purchases. Called to have my package picked up and a minute away from this location I received a call saying they werent able to hold the package yet they confirmed 20 mins previous that it was fine to be picked up by me.

I placed an order on Thursday, it arrived at the distribution facility on Friday where they proceeded to hold the package. I went to attempt to pick it up on Monday and they said "we wont have access to that, youll have to wait until it gets delivered"! NEVER USE FEDEX!!!!!

Not the fault of this shipping center, but FedEx in general didnt deliver my overnight package on-time. This shipping center is pretty good, the staff are friendly. But I am never using FedEx again, because they cannot deliver on-time and make it difficult to get a refund.
