Sadly this is the closest place to me, making it the most convenient, but I have had to ask for help, a few times and was treated like I had no right what so ever to ask them for help. Once, I asked if they had a fax machine, because it does not say anything on the outside about having that ability and I was looked at and talked to like I was the stupidest thing ever to walk the earth. I stood at the counter while the man behind it chatted and legit looked at me right in the eyes multiple times, only to continue to ignore me. I have never had to interrupt someone who had already made it clear they knew I was standing there, to ask them to assist me. I thought that was the point of going up to the counter. Obviously I was not just doing it for fun, I needed assistance.. I have considered opening a copy shop myself because if others are having this same experience, I could make millions in no time just being nice, and having customer service.

Went in there to print some thing off of Google Drive and Firefox and Internet Explorer were both so out of date that I could not log into Google Drive. After being late to a meeting and showing up WITHOUT printing out my materials, I called the store to relay my issues. I was told, "we have IT support come out once a month to update things. We told them there were issues..." I reached out on Twitter. I was told to call their 1800 number and spent just under 20 minutes telling the polite tech on the phone my issues in store. Call ended with them saying they will call the location and double check the versions of the browsers they are using. Im never going back.

If there was a possibility to give negative stars I would I stood there the only person in line for like 20 minutes and I when the lady decided to finally help me she lied to me and tried to sell me something way more expensive I decided to go to the post office instead I had already had the item weighed out and the price given to me days before this chick is just trying to make money off of me and I dont like it she didnt had to be so snotty and rude I want to slap her but Im not a violent person

Went in to print something, was there for an hour and 15 minutes. Asked for help twice. Never came, said they would be right over. The equipment was so slow that I could not log into my Google drive because it took so long. Everytime I emailed my documents to print and go I never received my retrieval code. Tried that 4 times. Tried both printers, just horrible customer service. If this were my business, Id have fired all three people that were in the store.

Lousey service, they do not produce the order when they say they will. When you let them know you are displeased with the service they throw the order away. When you call to discuss the issue with management it is impossible to get to a manager. In three interactions with them I do not have the items I needed and not one person apologized for their incompetance. A smart business person would open a good copy shop across the street.

The service here is always terrible. The workers have bad attitudes and are snooty. They never smile, never greet you, and are rarely helpful. They talk down to you and dont seem to appreciate my business. For these reasons, and more, I will be driving out of my way to go to the UPS store as they seem eager to help and grateful for my business.

I have used this shop a few times for printing mainly. They have been pretty helpful and quick to ask if you need help. I have also used their computers a couple times and they are well maintained and quick. Thanks for the great service.

Better than most print shops! You can go in and use their self service machines. They tend to be pretty busy but are willing to help in a timely manner. You can also ship things here too!! one stop shop for small business owners.

Love the convenience and hours; good quality copiers better than many other copy shops. If you need something additional the crew behind the counter is helpful and friendly. I live nearby and am in there pretty often.
