Same as many other reviewers, Ive just had an issue with delivery. I was expecting an international express package worth $450, and first they switched the delivery date from Mon 07/24, to today (07/21 Fri) on literally 1 hour notice by email! Then the driver showed up but did not ring the door bell or knock. I was working near an open window right above the front door, and he was so quiet, that I did not even hear him at the door. I found out about missed delivery from an email, went to check the door, and sure enough it had a tag on it. By the way, the tag was so poorly filled out that it is unclear if I can sign it and leave it on the door for Monday, or I have to be sitting glued to the front door from 8 a.m. to who knows when. Also, lately I noticed other Fedex drivers not knocking on the door or ringing the door bell for packages that dont require signatures. I once opened the door to a porch full with large and small boxes of packages sitting there in broad light, visible from the road. I was home when the driver came, but he chose not to give me a simple courtesy knock or door bell ring. Im lucky none of those packages got stolen.

TL;DR Took day off for overnighted package, FedEx claims I was not home and gave poor customer service. Took the day off to receive important packages(overnight). USPS delivered on time(ground). While I wasnt not expecting my FedEx package (overnight till 3) for another hour they marked it as Customer not available. Boggled by this since I have been home and waiting all day, I walked to my neighbors to find a tag saying I was not home at 1:41. So about 15 minutes have passed so I instantly call the number on the tag. Sorry sir we will try again tomorrow. I have the next 5 days of work so will I never get my package? "You can pick it up tonight sir" Maam I paid for overnight delivery and the driver is very close it was 15m ago. "Sorry sir I will send a note to the office, if you have not heard anything by 4 call us back" While I understand mistakes happen I think FedEx need to make sure they fix them. TL;DR Took day off for overnighted package, FedEx claims I was not home and gave poor customer service.

Terrible customer service! I went into the shop center at 4:45pm and when I asked where to locate my package, both employees laughed and the girl said "not here". After more laughter, the guy said to the girl "you said that way nicer than I would have". They were not helpful in any way when it came to locating my package. It was clear that my needs were not a priority. They just dont really know how to treat people properly. The girl treated the customer in front of me poorly as well. Both employees just had immature attitudes and would be fired immediately if they worked for me. Combined with my terrible service of picking up a package (something very simple), the rude employees, and the fact that if you miss your package, you should just kill yourself, because youre not getting it for another 2 days at least! For these reasons, FedEx is the worst shipping service in my opinion. Thats probably why theyre going out of business. Do whatever you can to never have to go to this shipping center!!

They told me my package was delivered on the tracking. I had someone at home who was kind enough to cancel what they had planed to wait for the package and no fed ex truck came, no knock on the door, nothing arrived. I went and checked the leasing office and even the neighbors and leasing office. When I made a claim they said they would ask the driver where he delivered it too. I didnt hear back from them for 2 weeks and then they send me a letter that they denied my claim because it was delivered. So I call them to try to work it out and get nowhere. Im out $200 because the delivery guy either delivered it to who knows where or just never deleivered it. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes and Ill certainly never order anything that uses Fed Ex again. They have horrible customer service and dont care about fixing errors on their end.

They tell you to come back in an hour then when you come back in an hour they act brand new like they never knew about it and then still dont have your package ready .. been sitting in line pregnant needing to pee for a half hour now waiting in line and they just came up to me saying they cant find it and it might be on a route with a driver who doesnt answer their phone . Hope they have fun reimbursing me with a check for 500$ plus cost of shipping because this place is pathetic . Garbage . Trash!!!! The employees cant even get their story straight they say its in there but then they say its on route . What is it really ?? Oh we will never know because they lie about everything.

I called FedEx 3 times yesterday and told them I wanted to pick up my package today, since I live on a hill thats still icy. They said okay, and that it was off the truck this morning when I got off the phone with a representative just before 8:00AM. So I drove out to Lake Oswego from Clackamas to pick it up, and when I got there they said it would take hours to find it, and theyd call when it was ready. I just called FedEx again for a status update, and was informed that as of 9:23AM my package was on a truck out for delivery! Angry doesnt even begin to describe how I feel about my experience with them these past few days.

I had the same problem as others. Yesterday I was home all day and no package but tracking said no answer but the driver did not leave a tag to prove he/she was here. Went to the web site customer service chat line. Left message about my issue and got a standard answer. I followed up but got no response, it was like no one was there in person like most chat lines. Finally after a hassle I got a live person on the phone. I could hardly understand him and was told the address was correct and the package would be delivered between 10 - 1:00 today. It is now 3:20 as I write this. Will I get my package today is anybodys guess.

They called my phone and told me to pick up a package. On the phone they said they tried to deliver my package three times but either nobodys home or no valid ID was shown. The fact is, however, my wife worked at home for those days and she did not hear anyone knocking the door, neither was a writing note left on the door. Then I had to call Fedex customer service to figure out what the status of my package was and where (30 miles away from home) to pick it up. "Delivery to home" is the very basic thing that a shipping company commits to offer. I was very much disappoint about Fedex at this moment.

Disappointed in the service lately. Package was to be delivered two days ago, it has been sitting at the center for 4 days now. They have sent it on the truck for delivery, and then it keeps going back to the office. When I call the customer service number they said the truck couldnt make it to due to the snow. The problem is there has been no such snow in over a week. I guess Fedex cant delivery in those 50 degree days. My stuff is in limbo and all they say is they will delivery tomorrow, and it then never comes.
