Wow, not only did Nitroprint give me a low quality job that I got done better elsewhere last Friday (barely in time for Wordstock), but the person who did the print job, Jed, made a point of calling me today to tell me he was going to prove to me I gave him bad file (because I offered to bring in the better print job when coming in to return what they gave me later today) and he proceeded to have a really confrontational conversation with me about it, even though I told him at the beginning of the phone call that I was at work and had little time to talk. He very rudely belittled me and tried to tell me I did not know how to export a pdf.. When I tried to just say things like, "Im just telling you, as one person to another, youre being really rude and this is not a constructive conversation were having, no matter if youre right or if Im right, this is really poor costumer service," he just continued to try to argue with me and keep me on the phone, insisting that he was just trying to get paid and that he was going to show me. By the end of the conversation I was in tears. : / It wasnt just poor costumer service in dealing with my request for a refund, it was a really lousy way to talk to any human being. I will never try to do business with Nitroprint again because of the way this guy handled the situation. The funny thing is, I am such a pushover, if this guy had just been nice about what he felt was happening and what he felt was his responsibility in the situation, I would have probably dropped my request for a refund. But because he went out of his way to belittle me about how he thinks I gave him a low quality file (I know I did not, as I am a publisher who does all my own black and white printing for monthly anthologies and I gave the same pdf file to Express Color the next day who did the job perfectly and rushed with no rush fee), I will not drop my insistence for a refund on the pixelated, low quality, color job he tried to give me. I should also point out that this is the first time I have EVER written a negative review on a business.

I have used Nitroprint several times, first for my wedding invitations, and then multiple times since, after I started my business. They have a wonderful website that pretty much explains everything you need to know about file formats and stuff, which is important for me because I know just enough about graphic design software to attempt to design a lot of my own stuff, but not enough to be very good at it! ;) The few times I have had questions that were not answered there, I was able to reach them by phone. They clearly have experience working with folks like me, because they are good at explaining things. I noticed a review from 4 months ago that said the website only works on Internet Explorer, but I use Firefox and have used the website over and over starting about 2 years ago.... Not sure why that fellow had problems, but they must be on his end. Turn around time has always been excellent, quality is superb, and I have no complaints.

I have been going to Jed Black and family at Nitroprint for many many years and have never had anything but a great experience with them as a business and as people. The quality of workmanship in their products is the best in the city and they are always incredibly helpful. They also have very talented graphic designers to help you with your projects if needed. Even though I have been using them consistently for years I am still rather amazed by the turnaround speeds for your order.....do they even sleep?! Its like print magic! A veritable keebler elf tree of print based awesome. All joking aside I recommend them to anyone needing professional solutions to their print or design needs. Barring the zombie apocalypse or some other catastrophic scenario I cant see any reason Ill be going anywhere else......but even then knowing Jed I will still be able to get my flyers and posters for my end of the world party. Nitroprint...its like that.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to Nitroprint with my 1st ever, self designed flier. From the get-go, I felt like they were looking out for me. I had a few mistakes that I had overseen in the set up, and was alerted of them right away. So quick, in fact, that it gave me an opportunity to make changes without affecting when the job would be done. In the past, one of my partners sent out a flier to a place out of state and not only did they take 4 days with a shipping charge on top, they also cut off a good portion of our logo, with no warning or notice. Even though my partner and I now work independently, we now both go to Nitroprint for the local service, as well as the super fast turn around, and attention to quality.

I recently switched all of our flier, business card and misc. printing needs over to Nitroprint after being extremely happy with the finished product on our first couple of orders. They are extremely competitive on pricing, beating most larger printers. Their turnaround time is FAST. The customer service is great, I can actually talk to someone who is working on my job, not just some customer service agent who doesnt know anything about whats going on.

I used to use them a lot in the past. Ive told them years ago that their website only loads in IE. Not Chrome or Firefox (not on my Androidas a test either). They didnt listen. Im not going to switch back to my old crap PC just to place orders. And you cant even leave them a voicemail.

Ive had consistently excellent experiences with Nitroprint. Too often, Im in a hurry to get something printed and shipped to me in Seattle. Every time, theyve made the deadline and even called me up to tell me about cheaper options for shipping.
