****LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AUTO TRANSPORT**** Paul and company at Diesel Auto Express are the most unprofessional business in this industry. If you are looking for a professional and responsible business with good communication skills, respect for the customer and timeliness, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Dont risk your automobile with Diesel Auto Express. Learn from my mistakes and others that have written here; why take the chance when there are so many other good options?! My response to the "owner", Paul@dieselautoexpress: Yes, there was an "issue" with my auto transport from your company. You heavily damaged my vehicle, blamed the damage on me due to my choice of pickup/delivery locations (industrial parking lots at THE BOEING COMPANY) and now state that my demands to have it repaired were unreasonable. Lastly, my name is spelled Brendan. After dozens upon dozens of emails, phone calls and text messages with you, simply to try and get you and your company to be responsive and take action to the damage you caused, I would hope you could sort out the spelling of your "valued customers" names. First of let it be known .. Paul is shady , the women broker for Carolinas is an idiot. I repeated over and over, please have trucker call me on pickup. Idiots never called. My car ended up with extra damage then what i originally purchased. I mean my whole side on a brand new Audi was messed up. The one that was suppose to be clean. This company costed me thousands extra and huge headache. If the trucker would have called on spot i would have turned down the car. Idiots made excuses and ran around in circles without taking blame. And then when i wanted to keep my car there, so i can file lawsuit ... he shipped my car without permission. I came to terms because one relative works for them and have choose to not file any lawsuit. Ill take care of it when i see Paul the Russian way. ✌️ never ever ship with these idiots again. I had quote for 1300 hundred from an American company shoulda took that . Russians are not good in business. They only good at taking your money.

I was very displeased with the lack of communcation throughout the delivery process of my vehicle. My car was being shipped from Seattle to New Jersey. I had to call multiple times to receive updates on my vehicle. They only time they reached out to me was to tell me my vehicle was overweight and I was being charged more money (on pick-up this was not expressed to me at all, while the driver was aware of extra belongings in the vehicle). I received a call the day before the expected delivery date that my vehicle would arrive between 4-8pm, it was not delivered nor did I receive a call updating me on the status of my vehicle. I understand meeting deadlines/delivery dates are difficult in this business, but the utter lack of communication made my experience very unpleasant. For the amount of money I have now spent a simple phone call or text update doesnt seem like too much.

Paul is best!! I could not have asked for a better transporter. On time? Yes! Courteous? Yes! Fast? Yes! Reliable? Yes!! I live in Florida and my elderly mother lives in Washington state, when her car broke down she was unable/unwilling to buy a new one. So, I decided to surprise her with an early Christmas gift. Paul took care of everything from start to finish. On the day of delivery John (driver) off loaded the car and parked it in her driveway before knocking on her door (I told them NOT to call in advance so that the surprise would be real) and BOY she was surprised!! She could not believe that I was able to make this happen without her being the wiser. She was very happy about the car but I think she was more happy about John being "So Darn Sweet". As per her words. Moving forward anytime I need a car shipped I know who to call!!! Thanks Guys:)

Diesel Auto Express transported my car from Boston to Boise. They did an expert job, kept me informed of where my car was, and the pick up and delivery was smooth and easy. My car was picked up on a Wednesday and was delivered the following Sunday - amazing! Diesel Auto Express is a transportation trucking company. They are not a broker. We got lucky being referred to them from family who used their services. We felt we were given a very fair price. We would definitely use them again. Thank you Paul and Vladimir for an excellent job start to finish. We appreciate your dedication, honesty and expertise. We will be sure to refer our friends and family to you.

The operators were great. I am active duty military and on assignment. I flew into tacoma Washington from hawaii on my way to my new duty station. I paid uship and montway auto transport a month or more in advance and put a 72 hour window of when the vehicle can be picked up. That company has failed to meet my request and cost me hundreds of dollars to reschedule my flight and hotel fees. I eventually cancelled my order with that company and called a new one. Which they successfully completed my request in less then 24hrs. I would recommend this company to everyone especially to my military comrades and people on time restraints.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fist of all they guaranteed delivery by a certain date, that didnt happen. So two days later I try to call in and they say oh yeah your car will be delivered today. Well still no phone call or notice. No car. Then you try to call office during normal business hrs (2pm) and the office is closed. What kind of company cant afford a simple phone call to its customers letting them know about their vehicles??? All it shows is how irresponsible and how little they care about their customers, if the dispatcher hadnt lied to me I wouldnt have used them in the first place. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been using this company for over four years. I am a local dealer in the Portland area and ship a lot of vehicles from the east coast to the west coast. Prior to using Diesel I used other transport companies , but they would hire Diesel to move my vehicles most of the time. I decided to use them and have been with them since 2012. I move 50 to 60 vehicles a year. It is a family operated business and they try their best to help their costumers. I highly recommend this company and I encourage anyone to talk to Paul. He will help you and will take care of your transport needs.
