Used this place for all of my service and tires since 1994, with great success. Then the manager, Scott, was transferred to a Livermore store. Last time in, while checking in, the phone rang, the man answered it and, rather than asking them to hold while he finished with me, he left me standing for a good 5 minutes while he had a conversation. When he hung up I did mention this to him and when I suggested that he should have put the phone customer on hold he got defensive and testy. I then asked where Scott had been transferred to and, although its a few miles further up the road, Ill be going there for my next service appointment; hes all about customer service and this would never have happened in his store.

I paid them a visit this morning, asking if they could help determine whether or not I had a flat tire (a low tire pressure indicator light had come on with a car we had owned for only one day). They immediately took the car in, checked the air pressure all the way around, inspected each tire, and determined there was simply one tire slightly low on air (which they topped off). That was it, no charge. I tried to pay them, but they wouldnt accept it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Ive done business with these guys in the past and will go out of my way to do business with them in the future.

They replaced my driver-side electric window and power-door lock assembly in the arm rest and ruined the assembly on the passenger side, as well as the driver side. They are both protruding out of the arm rest, now. It looks like someone ripped them loose. Also, the doors dont always unlock with the control anymore so we have to reach to the back driver-side door to unlock the door sometimes. When I brought the car in, they said they didnt do that. Will not be back.

It all started when I had to go to a wedding. About 3 hours before my car had a problem. Wryneck suggested who I should get it towed from. They promptly saw my car the second it arrived. Not only was Scott a great help in my time of need, but John the corporate manager went above and beyond the call of duty. When all is said and done I was able to make it to the wedding on time. I will definitely return here in the future for additional services.

Received a free oil change and tire rotation for Veterans Day and I have to say that the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Came down for the offer for free oil change as a veteran and will definitely start bringing my truck in for anything else I may need worked on in the future

Bad service grumpy staff just overall bad place, ask them if they could air up one tire only I was willing to pay $10 but they want me to wait an hour just to air up one wheel and then acts like I was asking them to build me a house

Terrible service my car was supposed to be done at 4:30 then 5:00 then 20 more minutes and it is now 5:41 and Im still waiting and the car was brought in yesterday at 3 pm just to change a couple tires
