I send this letter to complaint about a bad service at Firestone tire&Services Center located at 1895 Tuly Road, the Manager name is Tony Le. Last week I got a flat tire, I came over to the shop about 1/2 hour before the shop closed, I asked Tony Le help me to fix or inspect my tire because I am using the small spare tire so I cant go home. He refused to help me for the reason the shop about time to close even the workers they have time and want to help me and they asked him to help me. He tell me leave the car in the shop or leave the flat tire to the shop to repair and come back next day to pick up. I bought 4 tires in this shop almost $1000 included installation about 6 months ago, now I come back trying to fix my tire but the Manager make me feel revry bad about the service. Finnaly the worker here they help me without his permission, I would like to thanks for these workers. I hope this station have better service. Thanks

Dont waste your time! I was sent here by the Firestone District Manager after the campbell location left an entire bottle of brake fluid in my engine compartment. The manager at this location was not customer focused at all. The ONE technician was apparently late back from lunch so I listened to the manager scream at him. I could hear everything from the service bay while sitting in the waiting area inside. Turns out Campbell store not only left the brake fluid but they LEFT MY CALIPERS LOOSE!! Serious SAFETY HAZARD! Still waiting for my rebate from the District Manager. Its been 3 months.

Second review: I am changing the rating from 1 to 3 as I spoke with the mgr and they are addressing all the issues I had. Decided to add new tires since I need them. Hope it all works. At least I feel like they re trying now. Thank you. First review: Not well organized and it is always much longer than they say. Previous management was much better. Feels like a rip off. They are trying to correct issue. Now the mgr is being friendly and doing his best to resolve this. Too soon to tell

I took in my 2000 Honda Ody in for an oil change today on Xmas eve. I believe Arnold did the work. Im not sure though. Either way I liked that he or someone fixed my right turning signal :) Thank you so much! Awesome customer service. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because of the wait.

Drove 20 minutes because I was told my hard-to-find tire was in stock. It wasnt. On top of an expensive delivery fee, it wouldnt be there for another three days. I live three hours away and needed it the same day. Not cool guys.

Theyre short staffed. They also took 6 hours to replace one tire. Their customer service is okay, the manager tried to find any opportunity to charge us.
