I have been going to Auto Diagnostics for close to five (5) years. I have a 1991 Ford F-150 Custom pick-up and I can proudly say that I am the original owner. Brian and his crew have done the upkeep on my truck and each time they say, " this truck runs pretty good." This has the original engine but his crew have performed the maintenance that surrounds it. Brian may not personally work on every car but he always gives it his blessing before it is turned back over to the owner. Yes, I have spent some money over the years, but you know what? It was worth it. I got it painted to its original color,, some new interior re-done.and i am always getting compliments. It has 198,000 miles and I take it one day at a time with enjoyment. NO TRUCK PAYMENTS. Thank you Brain,Christina and the whole crew. You guys really took care of me. All the best. Manuel Flores

Brian and his crew of auto technicians have taken great care of things I cannot do myself (as a former mechanic) and has always been fair with us. One time they worked about 3 hours trying to figure out a problem, and when they figured it out, they only billed me for the initial diagnostic fee. I authorized the repairs and he counted the diagnostic fee towards the repair. Ive referred several people to them as well and each person has called me later to thank me for sending me over there. I would send my closest friends to them, and I have.

I am pretty disappointed with this place. I have been to great auto repair shops in the past... this is not one of them. They told me they would run a diagnostic test to find what was wrong for my car - for $88 - they didnt find anything but had an idea what it was (my radiator). They then said that more tests were needed and it would cost me another $62 to get the tests done.... Bottom line: good repair shops do not "surprise" their customers with hidden costs. Go to B&G Auto in Mill Valley, CA - They are a fair auto shop.

Auto Diagnostic is a clean, friendly, honest, complete shop. I feel like a member of the family. Everything is thoroughly explained and old parts validate the need for work. The work is guaranteed and there is follow up. I have been to many shops and dealerships and I am so thankful I found Auto Diagnostic. My experience at Auto Diagnostic has always been excellent. They are honest regarding the repairs I need. They never tell you what needs to be fixed, unless it really does need attention. I have gone to Auto Diagnostic for more than 10 years. I would never go anywhere else, including a new car dealership. The people who serve you are polite and informative. I only have good things to say about Auto Diagnostic. I have had my Dodge RV in there for diagnostics, repairs, both minor and major, plus general maintenance. The staff are friendly and efficient. The work has been first class, priced as quoted and on time. They will happily give you a ride home and pick you up if the vehicle needs to be there for an extended time. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer friendly repair facility.

This place is the best!!! Nobody likes car repairs but they made it so easy. They took me home, picked me up, washed my windshield, and gave me a rose. Did I mention my car runs so good now. From the repairs to the customer service this shop is definitely the best Ive ever been to.

I would not reccommend this place to anyone. My car has been in and out of their shop for the last 3 months and on the last repair job I just had done it was in there shop for over an entire month and they gave me a beater car to borrow.
