***** BEWARE: DISHONEST BUSINESS + LYING EMPLOYEE + DISRESPECTFUL + RUDE ***** DONT COME HERE OR YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE TRASH ***** FULL STORY READ BELOW ***** I wasted 45 minutes of my life at this place, and walked away feeling lied to and mistreated. I had planned to go to SpeeDee to get an oil change based on the reviews I read on Google; however, because I stopped by 76 to get gas I thought maybe I can just get it at the service shop at the gas station. I dont remember reading a negative review on them, so why not give it a try? It is just oil change right? WRONG!!!!!!! So it seems like there is only one technician there, who also appears to be the owner of this business. When we go there, we asked him how long it takes to do an oil change and he said 30 minutes. We then ask him "Do you mean you will get to our car in 30 minutes or BE DONE WITH OUR CAR in 30 minutes?" He answered that he will be done with our car in 30 minutes. So... we gave him the keys and went to eat at Jack for 30 minutes, thinking that by the time we finish he will be done. 30 minutes later we returned, and it doesnt seem like our car has moved from where we parked it. So we asked him are you done and he said: "Is it 30 minutes yet?" UM? Yes? We said yes... and he said, well I am still doing paper work on this other car, so you have to wait. HE WAS REALLY RUDE AND IMPATIENT WHEN TALKING TO US. I then thought, okay, paperwork... he must be almost done then, then maybe he will get to our car and we can leave in 30 minutes, although we should have already left based on what he had originally promised. WRONG AGAIN!!! We stood in front of his shop for another 15 minutes, during which he IGNORED US completely. Then... he did something magical... he pulled one car out of one of the 2 occupied car ports, and drove another car into it. Wait a minute? You are still not going to work on our car??? As he is doing this, he continued to IGNORE US. He starts working on the car that he pulls in, and I went up and had the following conversation with him: Me: "Excuse me? When can you get to our car?" Him: "I am still doing other cars." Me: "I can see that. But you said you will be done with our car in 30 minutes 45 minutes ago, and you havent even started. Can you or can you not start NOW? If you cant I will take my business somewhere else." Him: "These people have appointments." (OKAY?! I can respect appointments, but SAY SOMETHING. Say there are people with appointments and I cant get to your car for at least an hour. DONT LIE SO I CAN WAIT THERE IN CASE PEOPLE WHO MAKE APPOINTMENTS DONT SHOW UP YOU CAN STILL MAKE MONEY OFF OF ME.) Me: "Why didnt you tell us there are people with appointments? Why did you mislead us?" He reaches out his hands, gives me my keys, and says "You can go somewhere else." Then he GETS IN A CAR AND CLOSE THE DOOR AND IGNORED US. WOW. I have NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A SERVICE BUSINESS in my entire life. I wanted to talk to him more. No, not to yell at him, but to tell him that he should be honest. But I cant, because he already hid in someone elses car and pretended that we dont exist. In the end, I took my business to SpeeDee where I was politely and speedily served. If you are smart, then take your business somewhere else.

Can I give negative stars? I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up on time. When I arrived he was still working on another car, but I let him know that I have arrived for my appointment. He said okay and kind of just ignored me. I thought he was just focusing on his work and did not think much about it. After a few minutes another car pulls in, and the owner got off the car to talk to him. I wasnt standing very close but I heard something about appointment too. I thought he was either really early or really late for his appointment, but either way, since I arrived on time I should be next. But I was wrong... the mechanic (only one there), after finishing the car he was working on, got into this latecomers car and started to pull it in. I went up and asked him whats going on and he told me the guy had an appointment at that time. Only then do I realize that he has doubled-booked. Regardless, I arrived first and had a hard time understanding why I was neglected. When I asked him this, he shrugged and drove the car into the shop. I really wish I had read reviews before I went in... Almost all reviews here and on Yelp indicated that he was really rude. He really was very rude. He just ignored me afterwards, and when I told him I was going to leave and go somewhere else he said okay and ignored me. How such a bad business continue to exist baffles me, but here is my sincere recommendation: "Take your business elsewhere." My guess is my "oil change" wasnt going to bring in as much $$ as the other guy so he chose to ignore me. Just a guess, but from what other reviewers are saying this is probably true. I am never coming here again, and you should not even try!!!

I own a 2007 Mercedes c280 4matic. I went in for an oil change. I was the only one there and he told me it will take an hour. So I decided to wait to the side. I should have stood in front on the back of the shop where I can see my car being worked on. So after an hour he shows me that my deferential is leaking oil. The oil still has a nice color to it, so to me it looked like a fresh leak. He said hed charge me $450 to replace both seals that go from the axles to the differential. And then he tried selling me a transmission ill change for $175, but that he would give me a deal by taking $50 if I do both. After he was done explaining that if I do not take care of this the part alone is $4000. So I left and I got into the 680 northbound freeway, and WITHIN ONE MILE MY CAR STARTED TO SMOKE! I immediately went back and by then smoke was coming out of the vents. He started to make excuses about the design of the oil cap. Im not a scientist but i dont think Mercedes Benz makes a faulty oil cap. And then he said he would discount $100 from the estimate he gave me on my differential oil leak. Anyhow, when i got back home, I checked my garage floor and there were no oil spills. After taking my car there, i have oil spots on my driveway. Im taking my car elsewhere!!! Be Warned!

I own a 2001 MB and always bring it there for service; the dude knows this MB and Japanese cars. Sam saved me lots of $, esp my car is a German made and he was certified by MB and Toyota. Made an appt with him and drop it off, and asked him approx. how long it takes and come back. blam! it is done. The key is to make appt.
