My car started making a nasty, scary, metal-on-metal, scraping noise. Even though it was Monday morning at 8am... the busiest time for a repair shop... Tim took a ride with me to hear the noise, diagnosed the problem (rear brakes), and had the repair done by end of the day. Ive never had anything less than awesome service from Tim, Tom, and the guys at PV Garage!

Consistently excellent service. They still surprise me by going beyond what I expect. For example, worn tires were discovered, so, after my approval, the car was taken to my favorite tire shop, had the tires replaced and the car returned all in one day as I had originally expected.
