Not a good experience. I had my front brakes done there only to have this horrible noise develop you can hear my care brakes one block down the road. Took it back only to have Chris tell me it was my back brakes not the front that were the problem. So I paid more money to fix my back brakes which were absolutely fine before he replaced them problem still there so the back brakes were not the problem now the noise is even louder, Chris did note that if the problem was still there that he would have to evaluate the problem to see if it was his fault of something else causing the problem, if something else I would need to pay again......hummmm Im taking my car back to the dealer to correct the problem, sorry Chris you lost a good paying customer

Noise on the front left wheel got louder over just a few days, it went away when steering to the right but got noisier and noisier when driving straight, scary, then the dashboard lights came on. Drove to C&T and Chris squeezed me in despite not having an appointment and him being short staffed with one guy on vacation. Computer said it was the catalytic converter having gone bad and a driving test confirmed the front left wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Too much for one day, they called Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me, pickup from shop. Drop off at shop a couple days later after returning the rental. Now my truck drives like new again! Never fun to pay for a repair on a paid off truck but it is more cost effective than buying a new vehicle.

I have been taking my Toyota Landcruiser and Lexus ES to C & T for probably over 15 years. I can say that Chris is one of the most trustworthy, honest and reputable auto repair shop owner I know. I have seen him make numerous updates and improvements over the years that improve the customer service experience received. One example is the status report I receive when the work is done, not only on the work just completed, but the entire car. His prices are competitive, too.

I went to Chris on an AAAs drivers recommendation for a minor repair. I was so impressed with his knowledge and no-nonsense approach to car repair - and I trusted him - I have continually returned. When he completed a full 90K tune-up for half the dealers quote on my 2000 Lexus RX 300, he won my loyalty. He has since kept my car in excellent shape and I will continue to go to him. I would recommend him to anyone with a Toyota or Lexus.

We recently switched to C&T due to proximity and based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. They do a thorough job and provide good direction on what the car needs. They clarify must do/ critical items from the others so that you can decide. Our experience has shown they dont ask you to frivolous items. In fact they were able to identify some issues that our previous mechanic couldnt.

Good experience. I brought my 2010 RAV4 (LE) for squeaking noises. They found and fixed the squeaking issue (loose muffler), did the 85K inspection/oil change which I also had requested. I got a detailed report of parts/labor/issues discovered/conditions of wear down parts such as brake pads, drive belt, etc. Final charge was 223 dollars which wasnt cheap but well worth to me.

I have been coming here for several years - workmanship and service are excellent. My older model Rav4 gets very TLC. Chris and Leslie are professional and thorough, and costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend C&T!!
