I made an appointment the night before for 7:30am the next morning (apparently appointments arent necessary though), but of course, I overslept and missed it. When I arrived at 10:30am, they were all very forgiving and super kind. Besides being very knowledgable, the staff was eager to help and was very patient at my lack of knowledge about car/auto stuff. Theres complimentary coffee and soft drinks available for you as you wait, as well as magazines and free wifi. They offered me a ride to work so I wouldnt have to sit and wait. The ride to and from work was pleasant - Jim was very friendly which made my ride to work nice. They called me a few times throughout the day to update me with whats happening with my car, which was helpful. While I dont know too much about standard pricing for auto services, I think the price I paid was very reasonable. I got a smog test, safety inspection, oil change, rotated tires, replaced my air filter and fixed an annoying crack on my windshield for around $170, which I dont think is bad. They made a list of parts I should replace for next time, and did not pressure me to get the things fixed now. Ultimately, given the price and the great service, this place is a pretty good deal. Ill be coming back here for all my auto/car related needs.

My mom brought my car to their shop last year. They changed the disk&brake pad. $$$..Went home ok but then the next day, my car makes annoying and screeching sound whenever i brake. Ithought itll go away because its new. It didnt until now. Too busy and incovenient to bring back the car. Im just whatever. .. My seatbelt buckle broke and mom went there to have it fix. Also, im thinking, maybe the right time too, to asked about the annoying sound in my brake. The mechanic checked my seatbelt and told 1 hour labor. Asked the lady clerk for a quote ..she charged 2hours for labor fee..total 200+!.. Sorry but its really a bad experience for us.

Im a Stanford student and had never taken my car to a shop in the Bay Area before. I randomly chose Woodside Auto & Tire after a google search, but Im glad I made the choice I did. To get my car in before work, I made an 8am appointment to get new set of tires. Jimmys friendly personality and sense of humor made getting up early a little less of a bummer. Turns out I needed more than new tires, but I had to get to work. Woodside Auto paid for a loaner car and had my car ready by lunchtime. I know where Im taking my car as long as Im in the Bay Area.

When both of our vehicles needed all new tires, I went right to Yelp and found Woodside Auto and Tire. The reviews were great so I decided to try them out on one car. They were friendly, professional, reasonable and were able to get the car in right away. I then had them replace the tires on our truck as well. Same great results. Both our vehicles were out of warranty and I had been wanting to find an alternative to the dealerships high prices for service and parts. I have been very happy with the service and quality.

My husband and I have been going to Woodside Auto for over six years now and Matt and his team have always provided us with incredible service. We know were in good hands with Woodside Auto and always feel at ease dropping any of our cars off there for maintenance. From service check-ups to new tires, to consulting us on how long we need to keep our older cars, we always get expert advice. We always get great service, reasonable pricing and the turn around time is excellent. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I really like and trust this group. My regular mechanic retired a few years ago and Ive been to a number of place since then, but have found my new regular automotive place. They are friendly, and more importantly to me, very good at communicating about what is wrong and what they recommend doing. Woodside Auto & Tire is also good at setting up priorities on what needs to be done now and what can wait a bit. You can make appointments, but Ive just dropped in and never had a problem.

Have taken all my cars here for years. Great fast service. Matt is someone I have grown to trust and has my business because of knowledge and expertise. Woodside Auto has done work on my Acura, Toyota, and VW. They really do it all - oil changes, annual mainteance, tires and fixed a window after someone did a smash and grab at a 49er game. Just walk in with an automotive question and Matt and team will point you in the right direction.

Honest, reliable, outstanding shop for tires, repairs, preventive maintenance, at a very reasonable price. After years of bouncing between dealers who charge a fortune, and other shops that I felt were doing unnecessary repairs, Jimmy and Matt and their crew having been taking excellent care of my 2003 BMW 530i and my wifes 2005 Mercedes for the past 3 years. I trust them and they have never disappointed me.

We have used Woodside Auto & Tire for many many years (since we moved to RWC.) Always friendly and courteous when dropping off the car, realistic about length of time for repairs. Repairs have been done correctly and accurately and within time specified. The best part is when I call or stop by and say "the car is going @#$%^" and make the noise or describe the issue, they know exactly what is wrong!

Auto and Tire was good. They gave me friendly and helpful service matching the price of a big name company for a set of 4 tires. They even agreed to look at this confusing oil leak from my engine. One mechanic said it was from the valve cover and another said the oil pan. They said they would confirm. They even worked around my schedule when I got swamped at work and couldnt take lunch until 2.

Needed emergency tire repair on my way to work ... They took me in immediately, correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it at a reasonable price, and I was back on my way to work in less than half an hour !! They were friendly, good natured, and BUSY, and still were able to help. This was my first time there ... GREAT first impression.

I have been taking my cars to Woodside Auto for several years now. Jimmy and Matt are easy to talk to, and honestly tell me what is essential and what can be postponed. The work is top rate, and their prices are always very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.

Best shop for tires or auto maintenance. The owner is Matt and he has the best crew ever!!! If you need new tires you must go to Woodside Auto and Tire and if you need some repair work you also must go see Matt. 5+++++++++ Stars
