Well about a week or so ago my day started off with a flat tire. I came into this Goodyear store and right when I walked in I was greeted by Rick the service manager. Told him my situation with my tire and he said no problem he would get someone looking at it for me! Lucky for me one of their tire/service guys Scott was just starting his shift and said he would have me done in 15-20 mins! About 10 mins later my tire was fixed! Better yet even though my tire was not a tire made or purchased through them, they told me it would be no charge. I was kind of in shocked that a Auto shop would do something for free. Before i left they told me if i ever needed tires and or service done on my cars that they would be more than happy to take care of any of it. They have earned a new customer and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks for everything Rick and Scott!

Do not go to this store - they are dishonest and will rip you off. I took a vehicle I had purchased for my son for college that failed emission testing to them. We needed to get the work done that day so he could return to college. They produced a distributor cap where they unscrewed the terminal and bent it over and said that was the issue and it would cost $325 to replace the distributor cap and sign off the emission test form so we could get the car registered. The problem they showed couldnt have possibly been that way - the rotor wouldnt have been able to turn in the cap. We had to have the car so I bit my lip and payed. While I was in the waiting room I heard them come and advise customer after customer of bogus work they needed (power steer fluid replacement, coolant replacement, all in the guise of you will have serious problems). Dont go here!

Dont listen to these negative reviews! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. To the people saying they recommend bogus services to "rip you off," its called preventative maintenance....you know, so you dont at some point end up with a surprise $2500 bill after calling roadside assistance to TOW you there for something that you werent expecting!! Curt, the manager, tells me when something does or doesnt need to be done to my car and tells me if I can get it done cheaper somewhere else (like if it might still be covered under warranty at the dealer). Quality car service isnt fast, free, or cheap, so it drives me crazy when people expect everything for nothing. Go here...you can expect honest answers and they will accommodate your schedule if you cant wait (to the person who waited three hours) by shuttling you home or you can schedule an appointment.

Quite possibly the WORST service ever. Took our truck into Goodyear to have an "oil change." As my husband watched from next door, the truck was put on a lift and left unattended. He watched as NO ONE approached the truck. He goes back and they rattle off that for $1200 they could fix the brakes which they said were in "dire" condition. My husband told them to put the truck back together. They apparently "lost" the round wheel cylinders and replaced it with obviously square pones. Actually make that they pounded (and might I add poorly) some square cylinders and made them look sorta roundish. We took the truck to a "reputable" chain up the street who told us that there was nothing indeed wrong with the brakes. They still need to replace the wheel cylinders they "lost". Save yourself the time, do NOT let them service your vehicle.

I took my car in for an oil change and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes even though I did not have an appointment. When they were done, they said everything looked great except that my rear tires were down to the legal limit. They looked up my cars record on file and saw that I had purchased new front tires a year ago and they offered me the same price. And, since I am going on a road trip to Montana tomorrow, they made some calls to another store and found the tires for me which will be installed tomorrow morning at 7:30AM so I can get on the road with safe tires. This is above and beyond what I would expect and Robert, the Assistant Service Manager was extremely helpful. They take great care of me here! I highly recommend this location!

*** BUYER BEWARE *** DO NOT GO HERE *** Service is OK when theyre taking your money, but if you return with any issues or problems, they treat you terribly. Purchased new tires here and paid extra for road hazard certificates, we noticed a tire was low and immediately replaced it with the spare to drive to shop. The shop could not determine what caused the flat and would not cover the tire under manufacturers warranty or under the road hazard warranty and charged us to replace the tire. GO TO LES SCHWAB OR DISCOUNT TIRE, they stand behind what they sell and honor their road hazard certificates and provide much higher quality of service. Dishonest shops like this one do not deserve to be in business...

Overall I would only recommend this place to get an oil change or maybe an alignment - with a coupon, nothing else... Every time I have gone here they always add "shop supplies" to my invoice. I even asked why isnt it included in the price they advertise? This is the only automotive place which I have ever been to that does this. Its like going to a restaurant, getting your check and finding out they added the cost of cooking oil used to make your food. The last couple of times I have been there the manager seems to be friendly and helpful but there is one guy at the desk which should not be working in retail/customer service.

I just got one of my tire flattened ,it was Sunday and I saw this shop nearby and asked my insurance to tow here as my spare tires also got punctured .(Note my tires were last changed brand new by ford dealer just 12 thousand miles before this incident ). They took advantage of the situation and said the tire cannot be fixed for the puncture and they will not use my spare tire even it can be fixed because other front tire is having inside edge balded and they will not handle my car and I am forced to pay $360 just for changing 2 front tires . God sake no one go here if your tire get flattened near bothell area be careful....

Curt is a great guy and helped me get my new Sumitomo HTR-ZIII tires installed on my Porsche wheels. They balanced the new tires for me as well. We ran into a problem with one of my stems but all was solved in a professional fashion and Curt ended up performing the service for free. I am now a loyal customer and Bothell Goodyear is by far my favorite local tire installer. Curt has also done routine work on my Porsche 944, including changing the oil and suspension work, and resealing a 3 piece wheel, what a great tire place.

My owners manual says for my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid that a 5w-20 oil is acceptable. This place would not put it in my car because the Honda dealarship "recommends" that a 0w-20 be used. The manager was not helpful with the situation and walked away when I asked why I had waited 3 hours for this answer. No reply as to why the computers or the staff were now knowledgeable enough to tell me that when I took my car in.
