Top class service! These guys met us out of their two car garage, at the back of a small car lot. They were really low key, and laid back. Made the whole experience really easy going. No funny business...just straight talk. Nice inviting atmosphere. Cute little girl dressed like a mermaid watching "The Little Mermaid", helped cement the whole family friendly vibe. Tons of cool Japanese mags with cool cars to pass the time. They happen to sell Subaru cars on their lot. Nice cars with reasonable prices. It should be very convenient to buy a car from them, and get some work on it. They are definitely car lovers! Very reasonable price. Very reasonable time. The garage is closed off from the waiting room...so you dont get to see the magic happen. Im sorta used to being more present will service is being done to my car. But im from the south, and perhaps its a cultural thing. Its sort of why i am commenting more on the pleasant atmosphere, than the actual service per say. But little things like fixing the check engine light, and giving us an honest conversation on oil grades goes a long way. He also didnt go for cheap upsales, so thats a plus. The relationship i build with my regular mechanic is based on consistent oil changes that last (before the light comes on) and that are incident free. I cant speak for consistency since i am a new customer, but i can speak of character...these guys love to please. Judging from the great attitude, im positive we will have a great relationship. BTW: They have really great taste in cars. (ill keep you posted)

They did an excellent job with the rebuild of my engine on my 2012 WRX. Very knowledgeable, were able to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again and made some good recommendations. Cost wise, they were still less expensive than taking it to a Subaru dealership, but still a good chunk of change. So guys think twice when adding parts to your car or using OTS tunes, I learned my lesson get pro-tuned. So that this doesnt happen to you, but when you do blow your engine Top Spec are the guys for the job. Thanks Chris, TC, and Raymond you guys are wonderful!!

Top Spec Auto is amazing. The manager and mechanics are really nice and friendly, but more important, professional and expert on auto repair. They diagnosed the problems of my vehicle promptly, and recommended a reasonable solution with fair price. I was impressed by their fast service with high quality, detailed explanations of how it was fixed, and kind advices of things I need to pay close attention in the future. Theyre honest and trustworthy, the best auto repair shop Ive met ever. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they have automotive needs.

We purchased a van in Feb 2015. This was by far the BEST experience after searching for weeks and visiting many dealers. The owner was friendly and helpful, gave us privacy to discuss and then ended up giving us a fantastic deal. They offer FREE oil changes on the vehicle that you purchase for an entire year! We ended up having a couple issues, BUT the owner was right there to help! I had to give the purchase a little bit of time before writing a review to be sure that it all worked out. I would highly recommend checking out Top Spec for your next vehicle :)

The other shop quoted me $2000 for my car overheating. I came to top spec paid the 1 hour diagnostic, then they found all it need is bleeding the coolant system and only cost me $80. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They could have rip me off like the other mechanic shop, but they didnt do that. I cant appreciate top spec anymore. I saved $1900 for my Christmas and my car run like a champ now. I highly recommended them. They are honest and knowledgeable for real! Dont waste your time and money on any other mechanic shop.

Absolutely 100% the best interaction with any type of auto service. I had a very specific and hard to find part for my MR2 AW11 and they helped me in a way that kept me involved and informed. They were super nice and accommodating, and had amazing patience with my old and modified car. Raymond and Chris gave excellent service, they made me more than a customer, which is much more than I can say about most other shops. Once something else goes wrong with one of my cars I for sure know where I am headed.

From the service to their honesty this is the best place ever. From the first time I visited the they have greeted me with a friendly face and have been honest with me. Issues are brought up with various options (Im not talking about issues that were not there before I brought my car in for servicing). No BS just fix what you need fixed unless it is another issue. None of that "you wont make it out of the parking lot unless you do what we are recommending" attitude.

They treat me really well. They are very patient with me and explain to me the whole diagnostic Procedure. In my past experience, the other mechanic shop just throw me a quote and treat me like an idiot. I love how honest they are and tell me what is necessary and what not. I have the choice to pick which route and make my decision with the the mechanic. I feel like I am being treat right and able to make my own choice on quality parts vs economic parts.

They were able to get us in within a few days of calling, and diagnose the problems quickly. Really easy to work with, and very affordable... i cant think of another auto shop that could have done all they did for the price. Really nice to my wife too, itemized everything for us to review.

They are mechanics Raymond and Chris are well skilled and friendly. I always have Raymond and Chris to do service and repair on my cars. They are very honest and they know what they are doing. That makes me want to driver all the way from Kent to Everett to have to work on my cars.

I got a quote for $350. Then I called again just 4 days later to schedule it and they said it would be $500. Seems shady and a low-class attempt to get more money out of people. I would recommend you get your bid in writing.

Professional and honest is all I can say. Had a sinking brake pedal, other shop quote me $500+ for a master cylinder, but after their diagnostic it turned out to be air in the system, a quick bleed solved the issue.
