First of all I have to say that they are very friendly and make you feel like they care about the issues that you are having with your car. I have found the best prices several times there. They have work on 3 different veicles I own and have always done a great job. They replace transmission on my 2009 chevy malibu two years ago and the car hasnt give me any ptoblems to this point. I always go there for any service my cars may need.

Cant beat the customer service here or the work done always reliable and I know I am not getting charged extra because Ed always explains what needs to be done and why then shows me the parts afterward so I can see what he was talking about

Completely unprofessional, bad me wait a week just to tell me he doesnt want to work on electrical, having me chase around an imaginary call. Then tells me he has a guy that works on electrical, and will call me back?
