I had more than my fair share of car problems with two cars recently and the folks at this shop went above and beyond to get me back on the road. At one point I got a car back and it was worse than when it went in, the check engine light came on the day after I got it back - they wanted to get the car back in asap and when they did they fixed it and told me it turned out to be a mistake they made. They didnt have to tell me that, they did and fixed it at no additional charge. In my experience they dont make a lot of mistakes, but they own and fix the ones they do. I could go on and on, but instead let me say this: This is the best shop Ive ever gone to, with the exception of one of my buddies in college who worked on cars out of his home garage on the side. The only other shop of this caliber I have ever had the pleasure of going to is Dicks North Side in Bemidji Minnesota.

First time I took my vehicle to Fleet Services I was pretty paranoid. I dont know thing 1 about cars, so its pretty easy for one of these places to take advantage of a guy like me. I had a knocking under my car and FS told me it was a broken motor mount. They quoted me a fair and affordable price, and even when the labor and effort turned in to more than they anticipated, they honored their quote and didnt try to bop the know-nothing for more money. Recently I brought them my car for an oil change, which was something I would always take to Walmart for. They informed me that I never needed synthetic oil, that Walmart had always suggested to get the extra 20 bucks out of me, and they also gave me a great deal on a transmission flush and refill. I still tend to get a mechanic buddy to do most of my work, but when I am in need of a full service automotive shop, Fleet is who I call.

I get the care of a car dealership service department without the price. I own a business and bring 5 different vehicles here for all of my service over the last many years. I have had complete motor swaps, and transmission changes, and differential rebuilds, and everything else in between done here, And have never been lied to, or caught them stretching the truth. They have even answered the phone after hours when they were still in the office and didnt have to pick up the phone. They show me used parts they replaced, and some of their mechanics of been there for 10+ years, The owners family has been running this for 30 years not worth ruining their reputation by replacing parts that dont need to be replaced for a few extra bucks. No business is perfect but this one is pretty close

HONESTY and INTEGRITY...hard to find a place that has it. Several months ago I some work done on my Jeep by Fleet Services. The original repair cost me around $800, unfortunately the same part broke again. I called Fleet, honestly not expecting them to fix it as a warranty issue. When I discovered "my guy" that I trusted was no longer working there, I was certain that I was gonna get screwed. SURPRISE! They not only replaced the part, they fixed the issue that was causing these parts to break, rented me a very nice car, and got it done sooner than they said they would. Best part...It was considered a warranty repair and THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! Shane and everyone there has been great. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Fleet Service Sets the Bar VERY High. I could only wish ALL businesses were this honest, had such impeccable service, and HIGH Quality of work. I took my Mercedes Benz in for some work. After a diagnosis, it was simply a sway bar bracket, making the parts and labor much cheaper than I had anticipated. They had my car back within 24 hrs from when I dropped it off, they kept in contact with me each step of the way. They treated my girlfriend with courtesy and respect, as she picked up the car and paid the bill. Fleet Service pulls no punches, and work at a high level of honesty and moral integrity. You can bet that I’ll ONLY take my cars to them, and insist that friends and family to the same.

I have been a customer of Fleet for the last 7 years or so, and I am extremely happy with the service provided. Rick and Shane are the customer facing points of contact, and both provide excellent customer service. Most importantly they provide thorough and honest information on the service being performed. This transparency and willingness to discuss the details of the root cause of issues in your vehicle is exactly what I am looking for in a mechanic shop. Pricing is in line with other independent auto shops I have seen, and the service is exemplary. Definitely less expensive than going to a dealership for service.

Brian and his crew at both of his Fleet Service locations are THE BEST around! We wouldnt trust anyone else with our fleet of work vans, or with our personal vehicles! Their prices are always fair, and you can TRUST their opinion! With 2 locations, they can accommodate getting us in with short notice if needed, but also for our monthly routine maintenance. Because of their work ethic and just being all around "good guys", Brian and several members of his crew have become close friends over the 10+ years that weve been trusting them with our vehicles. We recommend them to everyone we know!

I moved to the area from Arizona earlier this year and need to find a place to take my 2012 Escape in for regular maintenance. I researched shot shops near me that had good reviews and Fleet Service came up with the best reviews so I thought Id check them out. During my first visit, they were super friendly and welcoming to the area. When they find something in my vehicle that needs to be addressed, I dont feel rushed to get it done then and there. They have great prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing great quality auto maintenance!

Problem solvers!!! I inherited a car that was dropped off for repairs at Fleet Services through a business relationship. They had already fixed the cars issues. The car worked great. I had a problem with the invoice and a few charges that I had a issues with. I was impressed that the owner personally reached out to me to make things right. (and he did!) From one small business owner to another, this kind of service is really appreciated! I will be sending them work in the future and would recommend to everyone to support local businesses like Fleet Services!

We LOVE these people! They have the best customer service that we have ever received anywhere! The owner actually gave me and my toddler a ride home in her personal car because we lived too far away for the shuttle service! They have gone above and beyond fixing our car! I thought our car was a lost cause, but they revived it! Our car runs great and I think it might even make it to the 200,000 mile mark! I cant say enough good things about this place and the people who run it! If you take your car anywhere else it will be a mistake!
