Extremely infuriated and disappointed with Meineke service. Woke up one morning to a slashed tire and had nowhere to take my vehicle except for Meineke. They were kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment and get me out within about two hours. However. The technician who worked on my vehicle left off the cover for my tire - the one that covers the hole where you pump air into the tire. (dont know cars, dont know the name) I noticed a day or two later when my tire pressure light came on. I have gone back to Meineke THREE TIMES to get this fixed and my tire is still leaking air. Please keep in mind I paid almost 300$ to get this done. I was turned away the other day because they were "all booked up and had no time." Which is incredibly frustrating considering if they had actually done it correctly the first time I would have NO reason to return to the shop. Because of this I am only giving a rating for one star and leaving this review on all possible avenues. Dont go to Meineke.

I went to this shop for a simple oil change, except it wasnt so simple. The day after the oil change, there was a big puddle of leaked oil in my drive way. I took it back in, and they said they didnt put the cap on correctly and fixed it. But when I got the car back for the second time, they put a small dent and a scratch on my hood. I know my car and I did not have them before I took my car in (I noticed this right aftr I parked my car after picking it up from them). So I took my car back immediately and the owner denied everything, claiming theres no way they couldve done this and I mustve already had the "rock chip". I currently have dispute submitted with BBB but theyre still denying everything. If they cant do a simple oil change without leakage and putting dents, I will not trust them to do anything on anyones car. Save yourself the trouble and dont go here. I hear theyre moving to Lynnwood FYI.

I came to do an alignment on the vehicle 07 VW Passat as i purchased the four brand new tires just mile away at the Discount Tire. This guys made an alignment and all they gave me back was just a receipt that i paid $90.63 I asked them to give me the real data print outs of what the measurements were and what they did and what the measurements are after their job, mechanic said their printer is broken and they cant print any thing out. So i have no idea if they actually worked on the alignment or they just been smoking somewhere! The place is very smoked thru and dirty!!! Coffe machine didnt work ether! The paper towel dispenser was empty, there was no paper towels toilet to wipe hands!!! Will avoid to go back to that place again!!!

These guys saved me about 100 bucks on a pre-purchase inspection. Went here to have them look at a used car from Bayside Auto (nearby dealer). The guy at the desk asks me if it was from there, and then pulls up the VIN. Turns out they performed an inspection on the vehicle about a month before, and he shows me the outcome of the previous inspection. They could have charged me 100 bucks without telling me, but they were honest and let me decide if i wanted them to re-run the inspection.

I was very disappointed with the service, I specifically selected this shop to do an oil change while I was in town. I had made an online appointment so I new I would have time before I left town. when I arrived at the location, there was a big sign in front stating that the shop would be closed on Sundays. why give the customer an option to set an appointment when they are going to be closed.

I had a small repair to be made and set up appointment #1. When I arrived, the help "unexpectedly had to leave." So I left and coordinated a second time only to have them tell me to come the next day. On the third time, they didnt even have the parts (a few low cost items) ready to service the car at the appointed time. I cannot recommend this location of Meineke.

Woo Hoo!, first to give them a review! Been here a few times for oil changes and such. Solid. No bullshit. They do a safety inspection with every oil change and take the time to explain the issues they find. Had brakes and timing belt done here too. Both times it was smooth sailing. I recommend these guys to anyone interested in keeping their car going longer.

Brought in all my vehicles in for oil changes, everything went smooth. I highly recommend this shop. Only thing I would suggest, get some better chairs for the waiting area. Besides that, Great Service where it counts! Update 12/30/13-Great Place, Great People!!! Smooth Transactions, Great Customer Service!!

They removed a fuse that controlled the engine timing (probably expecting me to come back and pay for a diagnostic) I just now found out about it after a year of it running rough, they also forgot to properly close my air intake causing my truck to shift really hard, hopefully no damage to my Trans...

Excellent service, and knowledgeable. They repaired a suspension component on my Honda Accord quickly and correctly the first time. I think it's one of the best businesses in town. The prior shop I used in Mukilteo doesn't hold a candle to these guys. They had completely missed the problem.

Nice guys. Only problem I had was price. While they did a free break inspection, the cost to replace rear rotors, front and rear pads, and replace break fluid was a few hundred more in the estimate than it turned out to be doing the same thing plus front rotors at Pep Boys.

Service was just an oil change, pretty simple. Is it too hard to reset the computer so that my car doesnt say "CHANGE OIL" Thats what I dislike about these places, and it looks like I go back to dealership.

Awful service. Never going here again. Do not honor prepaid certificates or appointments. Work with dealerships for months on end. Dirty waiting area.
