Kind, helpful, genuine, fair. They went above and beyond. They fixed my car problem and I got home and almost cried because Im struggling financially and they also fixed my broken headlight without my prior knowledge. They charged me a fraction of the price other places did. I will come back whenever I face more car troubles. (The Ethiopian restaurant next door is awesome too! Wonderful bunch of ladies).

Your Family Auto does high quality work and provides honest and friendly customer service. Fetene is very competent, explains the repairs, and gives you excellent value overall. Ill definitely go back if I need car repair! Also - try some Ethiopian food next door if you need to wait a bit :-)

These guys were very helpful. We got stranded, they had very good prices, were time efficient, honest and kind. I called around to many other auto shops and they were wanting to to charge $400.00 + for what these guys did for 200. I wont go anywhere else if car troubles when I visit Seattle.
