The first time they serviced my older Corolla they did a good job on a tuneup and got it running well. My second visit was with my newer Corolla. I took it in for a radiator coolant flush, it never overheated but the fluid looked rusty. After I got it back from them, I drove it for 20 minutes and it overheated! It turns out they only put water in it (because they didnt have any antifreeze) and they did not put enough which is why it overheated. I know this because when I demanded that they flush the car radiator again in my presence, only rusty water came out (no green antifreeze). They wasted 3 hours of my time for a one hour job but at least I was reassured it was done right because I watched them the second time. They did not admit or apologize for their actions (just excuses and explanations) which irked me.

My broke down in the middle of the street and I had him come get the car for me I just was moving and so my funds are low I came to get my car 20 days later and my car was gone he hadnt reported it to the police he said somebody cut the fence but nobody did basically they were driving my car around and they got caught he then pretended to drop my car behind a store and took the new clutch out and put an old one in so when I got my car back it broke down again and it got towed away this place sucks Ive heard several stories where peoples music come up missing peoples money come up missing I would not take my car there even though hes good what repairs

Ive taken my cars here for oil changes and they did a fast decent job for $25. But when I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and spark plugs replacement, they didnt have the plugs in stock and didnt tell me until an hour+ later. I sat around in that awkward garage space for nearly 3 hours. Plus when I got home I found out that they broke the hood lever and didnt tell me. When I called them, they said that it was old and about to break anyway; and that I can still open it with a pair of pliers. They offered to create some type of home made lever, but I dont want to back to them again. Cheap and fast in this case didnt work out.

Triple T auto repair is hands down one of the best around , Tien who has been working on my stupid car that continues to breakdown (2009 Chevy Aveo) has stayed late waiting for me to arrive, hes showed me how to take care of certain things on my own so I wouldnt have to pay for labor and hes always honest, well priced and really personable. I appreciate the service that Im provided when I go in there and his prices are always the lowest around as he stated " you work hard for your money like I do , I dont want to take everything you have" Thank you Triple T for everything

Spent $1500 for a tranny rebuild on an 01 Honda Civic. 2 months after rebuild same torque converter error came up. Brought it back and another 2 months later same check engine code. They claim its a wiring issue. Bellevue Honda said I should take them to small claims court.
