an alignment done on my lifetime alignment program and was quoted at a 2hr wait. After waiting for 2.5hrs I finally saw them drive my car off the rack. It then took another 15 minutes to get the keys to me only to find out they only did an "alignment check" and didnt even correct anything because the guy at the front counter apparantly rang it up wrong. They then told me it would be at least another hour because they had to finish up with the car that was on the rack after mine and then redo mine. I have had alignments done at many firestones in the past and this is by far the worst service Ive ever received. I will NOT be returning here ever again. On top of all that, when the tech finally finished my actual alignment, he decided to take my freshly rebuilt sports car (was still in its <4k rpm break in perioid) for a joy ride, smashing on it so hard he blew off multiple hoses in the engine bay. I was furious and the best thing the manager could do for me was offer me a free oil change and a set of tires at his cost. Absolutely 100% avoid this place like the plague, especially if you have a nice car.

I took my car in to have some new tires I bought online installed, as well as get an alignment since I have lifetime alignments here. I dropped my car off around 7:45AM. They finished my car some time in the late afternoon. They also recommended I do a coolant pressure test to make sure I wasnt leaking any coolant. They said itll take about 30 minutes. 45-50 minutes later my car hadnt even been started yet. Ok, so I wait another 30-40 minutes for that to be done. Its already getting dark when we leave, sometime around 6. So, the alignment was done right, and they get a star for that. My balancing on the other hand, has not done completely right. I get steering wheel wobble at freeway speeds. I have classes in the morning, but at that time they dont have any extra staff to give me a ride to my school (which is about 5 miles away, a little farther if you go by freeway). This makes it hard for me to drop off my car and get to class. I will now be going back to get my wheels rebalanced. I have another place that does great wheel balancing and I will probably go back to him after this experience.

Not deserving of a single star! I went to firestone to have my snow tires installed, balanced, and my wheels aligned: 1. My snow tires were installed, but they were not checked for pressure, resulting in me finding out some 5 miles later when my tire pressure light came on. My tires were at 23psi. Unacceptable! 2. While I was charged for the balancing of all four tires, this service was not performed (where I come from, we call this stealing). When I went back, they claimed that the balancing weights fell off the tires. 3. The alignment on my tires was performed with my steering wheel turned, resulting in a skewed steering wheel while driving in a straight line. Thus far, my car was at firestone for a total of 20 hours and three trips before they got it right. Furthermore, they have not once taken responsibility for their mistakes. I have paid for lifetime alignment, and I will not be using it. Bottom line, I don’t trust them with my car. Buyer beware, stay away!!!

The worst! I told 5 different people I had to have the car back by 6 pm to pick my husband up from dialysis. It was almost quarter to 7. I had been reassured throughout the day that the timeline would be met. I had them look at my drivers side window that didnt work. Their estimate to fix it was too high so I paid just the diagnosis fee of $60.00. Unfortunately even though the window was up when I brought it in, it was taped with blue masking tape when I picked it up. Of course, it fell down and it rained into the drivers side. They offered to retape the window but couldnt say that it would stay up. They promise whatever will get you into the shop with no apparent system to make sure they deliver. Never again. The two customer reps women were really nice trying to make everything ok but its not enough.

The rating this business has is inaccurate. I help run a very successful construction company up north. While going to a job site in Seattle, I had both my driverside front and rear tires flattened within seconds by nails dropped on the street (not my company;). Firestone stayed open a few minutes late for me, took custody of my vehicle and by 9am the next morning they called me with a quote for the highest quality tires I have ever purchased. They were polite and courteous. Educated me on my best options and gave me a low price. I noticed that the guys there actually turning a wrench were the same guys settling my bill. That shows vertical integration and I like it. Keep up the good work guys

Horrible service They left my Prius with open windows in the rain and wet my door panel and driver seat and non apologetic at all after words the young Asian guy at front desk was very rude and completely unprofessional keeping giving misleading information They also Damage my bumber and never said or meantioned anything at all to me I saw it afterwards. I will never recommend anybody there Should give them zero star if possible should not be a service center any where in the world definetily not America

Picked up my car only to find out that they didnt out the battery casing back on, just loose under the hood and left plastic covers underneath the steering wheel off. After we paid, they told us that several lights were out including both brake lights and all the lights worked going into the shop, it was just a loose connection. They wanted to keep the car for another 4 days for a simple unnecessary part that we had specified wasnt a priority. Friendly staff, but wouldnt recommend.

I do not recommend this place! I was dumb enough to use them twice assuming the first service and price was just an abnormality. It was not and the second time I was told the vehicle would be ready by 1pm but it wasnt available until 2:15. I understand that we are talking just an hour and 15 minutes but you shouldnt promise something and not deliver it.

HORRIBLE service! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Took vehicle in at 10am for rear brake job, and called at 4:30 to find out the progress, only to be told that they cant fix the brakes on my b=vehicle because of my electronic emergency brake. Wasted an entire day after they had all the information needed on the car. What a joke!

It was New Years Eve and I needed an oil change and my tire pressure checked. They couldnt squeeze me in for the oil change but checked and filled my tires within 5 minutes.
