It was time to take my little Honda in for an oil change. Whilst doing so I expressed concern over other issues which I was unsure about. I bought the car used with hardly any repair history. The mechanics did an overall inspection and made suggested repairs which were not out of the ordinary. But it was the little things they were more than happy to do that really put me at ease. I brought my car in two weeks later for a timing belt change and was really worried about the price. Friends were telling me how insanely expensive they were to do. However when the bill was ready I was stunned to find that it was very afforable. I thought for sure I would have to fork over a paycheck but that was not the case. The employees at this station are very conscientious about their work and their customer service is more than excellent. I will continue to trust my car in their hands!

This is the shop I recommend to friends and family; Ive been taking my vehicles to this shop for almost 10 years. The gang does fantastic job with anything Ive brought them. From basic tune-ups to blown heater coils, these guys always get it done right. They are a very busy shop, most the really good ones are, so if you want to take your vehicle in call ahead and schedule. I see in another review that someone thought the guys were rude. My advice; dont expect them to spend a ton of time on the phone to make an appointment. They dont have a dedicated receptionist and are often walking away from a job to pick-up.

I towed in my 2004 Ford Focus which had been having electrical problems and wouldnt start. I am quite the penny pincher, but I was also desperate and ready to drop whatever cash was required to get my baby back on the road. After signing some paperwork, I heard my car starting in the garage. I ran out to find that it had been fixed in under a minute. A bolt on the battery was loose. I felt like an idiot, but I was ready to pay the minimum labor charge listed on the paperwork. These guys told me they wouldnt charge me and only asked that I write a good review somewhere. I know where Ill go if my car ever acts up again!

So i was worried about finding a place in seattle area to fix my truck because im from portland and just moved up here. after checking some google reviews and what not i decided on either these guys or jeffs. my brother likes jeffs but this place was closer to me. I am super glad i went here. i was told its like the middle of seattle automotive, not to spendy gets the job done and are super nice. the mechanic raoul was super friendly walked me through what he did and what else could be done if i needed it. no pressure at all just friendly advice. i would go back. prices seemed reasonalbe and work was quick.

I brought a vehicle I was considering buying here for a pre-purchase inspection. I dont think they looked very close. First, they suggested I replace the "timing belt", which this car doest have. It has a timing chain which doesnt get replaced. They also told me there is "a little rust but I shouldnt worry too much about it." So, I purchased the vehicle and now six weeks later its broken down and my mechanic close to home is refusing to touch it to fix a simple repair because its so rusted out. My mechanics words: "its rusted out and you got scammed."

First Rate! Weve been customers for two decades. The owner, Doug, is a terrific person as well as an excellent mechanic, as is the manager, Raul. They have cared for both our cars, mechanical and electronic, with an eye both toward safety and budget costs. We recommend these folks without exception to all our friends.

Raul is honest and helpful. Very impressed with the work and price was fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area needing repairs. Safety comes first at Northwest Automotive and they will make sure you dont drive out of their parking lot in a car that shouldnt be on the road. Keep up the good work!

Raul is awesome! He is very knowledgable and trustworthy. Communication was great, and so was the customer service. I was embarrassed to bring my old beat up Saturn to his shop, but he didnt give me a hard time about it, and did a great job fixing it up. Very honest and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I cant rave enough about these guys. Raul is competent, friendly, honest, and extremely patient. I took my poor broke down Saturn in and he did everything he could to fix it. He went above and beyond the call of duty and has earned a lifetime customer. Thanks guys!!
