Looking at the previous reviews, especially the VERY LOW reviews for customer service I am even more moved to share my recent experience. It appears management has paid attention! The level of customer service is currently off the charts and I sincerely hope they keep the bar high! I hope the front desk personnel mentioned in earlier experiences as being quite ignorant of customer services was either retrained or fired! I was met at the door with immediate attention from all front desk personnel each time I entered the lobby. EVERYONE I encountered was quite energetic and eager. I highly recommend Service King in its current level of service. Work was done ahead of time and I was quite pleased with the job. My bar of satisfaction is quite high and I promised the staff I would write an honest review. Again, I sincerely hope management continues to pay attention to these revues and sets its mission by them as it does appear they have. Five Stars!!!!

I should have checked the reviews before bringing my car here. DONT DO IT, even if the location is convenient. They have the WORST customer service. The front desk girl was playing on her cell phone while training a new person, and openly gossiping about the company. I dont hear from them in over a week, so I call to check the status on my car to find out it was considered totaled. I call my insurance to discuss options and we agreed to have the car towed late in the week (thursday or friday) so I have time on Tuesday to pick up my personal items. Go in on Tuesday to find that Service King towed my car to Tukwila an hour earlier without my authorization. I leave, call my insurance who confirms it wasnt supposed to be towed. Call Service King back to only argue with the front desk girl and get transfered to her managers voicemail. This place is awful. Just dont go.

worst experience Ever, i replace my back bumper and they told me not to wash it for 90 days , so i didnt wash for 90 days, after 90 days i hand wash it and the paint started coming off. i took it to the collision center, they told me that is because someone hit my car that is why the paint is coming off. that is not true it was not install properly and it wasnt painted right that is why it is coming off. how can someone hit me without seen the area it was hit.. It is my lose, i will chose another insurance company and collision next time. additional their customer service was wonderful before you gave them the repair however if you come back to complain about the work is the worst customer service experience i have seen because they dont want to admit to what they did.

After I got my car back I noticed my dashboard dimmer button was broken and they did not fix my license plate light housing or the bulb. Im leaving this review because I couldnt get a hold of anyone and Im hoping theyll make it right. I will try to contact you guys again on Tuesday July 5th. They have never got back to me even after they said they would fix it..... so wassup?

I had the worst experience with them. My car has been under repair more than 2 weeks for a simple rear bumper replacement. I called them many times and they keep telling me the parts come later. They could have asked me to drop the car when the parts are ready. Even one star is a lot for the service Im receiving. Im so disappointed cause I still didnt get my car back

Customers service is super nice but never ever bring your car to this location. I do have tail light is rocking and small thing next to the tail but they take over 9 days to fix . My stupid car insurance telling have to bring my car to there . If I know they take forever to fix that tail light and mass I never been there to see them

I called on 7/12/17 to make an appointment to get an estimate on some damage to my car. I was told that the first appointment was not until 7/26/17 - for an estimate!!! Ridiculous!
