wish I could give no stars. I use to love this place until they started getting greedy and the employees started lying. Long story short: They told me my head gasket needed to be fixed and that the other gasket from last time did not need to be fixed. They told me that the cost would be $2600 (almost $900 just for labor) and that it was going to be a 10 hour job!! When I got a second opinion turns out it was not the gasket AT ALL and that if it was than they needed to fix them both NOT just one. Plus all I needed was coolant to do the job!! Now my car works just fine (go figure).. I previously paid these liars over $1200 to fix my car the first time. I believe they did just enough just so I could keep coming back to them. After the 2nd visit when I finally picked up my car I snatched the paper from them and said that I would get someone else to fix my car. This was after they tried to get me to sign my car over to them b/c I said it was too expensive to fix. It pays to double check guys if you go here please get a second opinion especially if it is something really expensive. They have officially lost my business I am telling everyone I know my story.

I feel that the representatives I have worked with at Precision Tune Auto Care are consistently courteous, well informed, and make a point of keeping me well informed. The staff cares about me and my vehicle and doesnt try to push deals and sales on me, but rather recommends the work that needs to be done and allows me to have the choice to complete it how best fits me. For example: This saturday I took my car in for an oil change and to get my O2 sensor replaced. They let me know the universal sensor they ordered did not fit and they were trying to order one that would fit, but it would change the price. I came back, we canceled the O2 change and they helped me order the O2 sensor that I needed off of an online parts store since I was not worried about getting it done right away - they confirmed the correct part that I was picking would fit and said they would swap it out free of charge when it came in.While there was some frustration with a lack of communication due to it being a busy day once I came in to check on the status I was given full focus from the team and they helped and showed me where the O2 sensor goes! :)

This place is a big rip OFF. Please everyone stay away from this place I usually dont write reviews like this because I could careless but I dont wat anyone to go through what I did and lose my hard earned money that I worked for over years. I brought my car here Toyota Camry for headlight bulb out and I knew that bulb is out and the socket was also burned. The technician there told me he could replaced it for me but have to redo the wiring on one of the head bulb and said 90 dollar with tax it came yo 102 something for Headlight Bulb. Then later it went out almost a month later And I ended up looking up on YouTube on how to fix headlight bulb and redo the wiring after that I went o Reilly in Lynnwood purchased new wiring and bulb the total cost was 6 dollar includeing electrical tape which I bought and took less than 10 min. Moral of the Story is they are there to make money and they will do anything possible to do that so of some reasearch on YouTube and just dont go to any auto place who will nessacrliy charge you something that can be done for less than 20 dollar. Thank You and Stay Away from this place

Totally Useless place. I went there because my car is making some noise and the people over there told me that they have to diagnose my car at first and I said okay. They told me that, the cost will be $104 something.. After 10 to 15 min later, the mechanic came to the counter and look something on computer. He kept on using computer for like 20 minutes. I was waiting but he didnt told me anything. Finally I asked, "is everything okay with my car?" Then the front person said that the noise was from inside the engine and they had to open the engine at first to check what exactly was the problem. But the point is, he said it will cost me around $ 1200. I dont know what to do because it was first time to check with auto care. I came back without get done anything over there. I talk with my brother and he took me to some local mechanic and the mechanic fixed my car so easily and only charge me $90 total. Total waste of $100 in Precision Tune Auto Care and without any diagnose of car. I would never recommend anyone to go here because they will charge you more for nothing. BYE BYE Precision.

I experienced the same thing as "Andrew" reported and at about the same date. I told my mom to go there for her service (she had a coupon that said it would be $99) because I have had my oil changes there for some time now. The man did not tell her exactly how much anything would cost and she was really upset when it came to over $300. He also said she must drive with her emergency brake on because her brakes were almost metal to metal and needed replaced immediately. He would not give her an estimate for that either. We just took the car to Les Schwab and they told us that her brakes are fine and at 35%. I hate that there are people who would do this - and will not be going there ever again, for anything.

This place is a total RIP OFF! And the front desk man was very rude/unprofessional. I use to take my moms car there alll the time for an oil change and not knowing better I trusted them, everytime I took it there they will ALWAYS tell me that there was something wrong with the car, somehow EVERYTIME there was always something like engine, brakes, belt, etc and ended up charging me $300 plus. When I got my own car they tried doing the same then took it to Midas and turns out my car was in perfect condition and they checked it for free also. I never again took any of my cars there again. Over charge you and they try to rip you off. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE...I took my car to get an oil change because I had a coupon. Not only did I feel rudely treated, after 45 minutes and an oil change I was told that I had less than 10% left on brakes, needed new tire rods immediately, and that there was no oil on the drumstick. This didnt seem accurate at all since my brakes were at 75% 6 mo. ago, my tires show no signs of needing new tire rods, and I have no oil leak and it was fine when I checked it not long ago. Sure enough, took it to my mechanic I trust, and found out my pads have at least 50% left and I dont need new tire rods at the moment. I feel cheated and I will never go here again.
