Northshore garage has the most experienced mechanics in Northshore. The owner, Art, is friendly and knowledgeable about any car ever built. Chief mechanic, Gene Luiz can fix any problem with our cars. We had a recall on our mini-van and the dealer fixed the problem and gave us a print out showing $600.00 worth of "suggested" work. We declined the extra work and took the print out to Gene. He ran it through their new Ford computer system that shows each piece of maintenance that needs to been done at the exact mileage checkpoint. Half the work the dealer wanted to do was not needed. He inspected everything on the dealer list and did the work that needed to be done. The best thing about the garage is they are honest and trustworthy. They do the work that needs to be done at a fair price.

I am a loyal customer of Northshore Auto. I was referred to them by a close friend who only goes to them. Gene has the integrity of a saint. I have been friends with both his boys. I would use them all the time if I still lived near there. I have had them work on all of my vehicles and over the 20 years they have serviced all my vehicles they have cut me deals and kept my cars running to the top of condition.

Gene and the crew are great to work with. If they cant fix the issue there is no charge for their time troubleshooting. Also for a small easy to fix problem they told me how to fix it and let me take the vehicle home to do the repair myself with only a small charge for diagnosing it.

Go ahead, try to trick them and see if theyre crooked. They arent. Trustworthy shops are valued by those of us with a love/hate relationship with automobiles. This is the best shop weve ever used.
