First of all, the guy I talked to on the phone with was probably one of the rudest people that I have ever talked to. I needed a couple things done for my car and I just wanted a quote for how much it would possibly. As SOON as I said I had a Volkswagen, he said, "HOLD IT RIGHT THERE! We dont work on any Volkswagens so you need to take it somewhere else", I said, "Okay thank you" and he hung up.... That was just rude customer service. Im glad I didnt waste my time and gas money driving down there...
