I took my 86 Maxima to this shop 10 years ago, and it was the best experience I have had with auto repairs since then. They were incredibly fair with the pricing, they were fast, and they explained everything to me in a way that made me think they actually wanted me to understand, rather than just firing off random vehicle jargon and hanging up. After a number of bad experiences at the shops around where I live, I remembered this place and decided to try them out again with my current Accord. I got the same respectful treatment, fair pricing ($60.00 less than the shop closest to my home), and again fast as lightning. I can now take it on my camping trip, and Im happy as a clam. Thank you very much guys, and I hope you never change.

Less than three months ago, I stopped by Js Automotive Repair to get a quote on brake and rotor replacement on my car since the shop is within walking distance of work and home. I was told directly that Js Automotive Repair doesnt work on foreign cars. Being somewhat surprised, I left. Since I drive by daily, I have seen Nissans, Land Rovers, Hondas, and a few other non-domestic cars either on hoists or parked for customers to pick up. I have read reviews of work done on foreign cars by satisfied customers, so Im pretty sure the foreign cars Ive seen arent there just for coffee. By the way, my car is a mint condition 2002 Mercedes Benz.

i had an emergency serious vehicle break down - after calling around to a few of the garages here in lynnwood - and being treated like a dumb female - yeah some garages still so that - i called js automotive - was treated nicely and given what i felt were very honest pricing- had my truck picked up and towed there - and even better he is right next to me - he did an outstanding job - price was very fair - and above all i was given the respect of knowing my vehicle and wanting to know what was wrong - that means a lot to me! give him a shout - you wont be disappointed!

This shop is nothing short of amazing. I consider this place as our own friendly neighborhood auto shop. The owner/mechanic Kent is a very nice honest guy. He is very knowledgeable and he does a tremendous job. I brought my vehicles to his shop several times and each time I come out very satisfied all the time. His pricing is fair, competitive and no hidden cost or surprises. Kent does not and will not take advantage of you even if you know very little about cars. This place is excellent! My husband and I love the work that Kent does. Pricing is fair and he does a great job to explain whats going on with your car, as well as to give you heads-up on things that need to be taken care of relatively soon. In my case, my tires were getting old and he had great suggestions for where to go and what to look for. I bring my Dodge here for everything as small as an oil change to any major parts repair. My husband and I like giving our money to someone who is genuine and knows what hes doing.

If I had one word to describe this shop, it would be ethical. Kent never performs unnecessary repairs, but is totally committed to the health of your vehicle. The staff -- Kent and his wife Bobbie -- are friendly and professional. This is absolutely the first service station Ive encountered that I can trust that the work that is done to my car is exactly what my car needs. Glad that the Kent and Bobbie chose our neighborhood to move into!
