I needed to print a poster(3ft by 4ft) for a presentation. I needed it done same day since, I originally had planned to get it printed at Staples. Staples had originally told me it would take 3-4 hours to get a poster of that size printed, so I told the people at staples it was fine I would pick it up the next day, and they assured me it would be done by that day. Well it was the next day and in the afternoon and Staples still had not printed it, they said they had some problems with their printer, an couldnt get it to me anytime sooner. I was already upset because I needed by that night and they couldnt guarantee me that. So i had no choice but get it done somewhere else. Even though I had left it the day before in the morning and told me that they would have it that same day. Once I told them I wanted to cancel it they said they would give me a discount, but I told them I was not interested since it would already be too late. Worried thinking I was not going to be able to get it done that same day I called up FedEx and the guy said if I took it I could get it that same night. So I rushed to FedEx and got their around 7pm and they were able to print it within 15 minutes. The guy was very helpful, I still cant believe they printed the poster in minutes, where staples couldnt print it within a two days. It also cost me way less than what it would have cost me at Staples. All in all I was very happy, services was great and whenever I need to print something I will definitely will be taking it here.

I always get good service when I go to this Fedex. But today was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere . I walked in and Nancy yelled out Im really busy I will be with u when I can. She asked me what I needed and I told her I needed to Email something. She pointed to the work station and told me she couldnt help me it was all self service. I explained to her I was not very computer savy and needed help. She repeated herself several times she could not help me. I finally told her I was not stupid I just didnt know how to scan and send the Email. I was so embarrassed in front of the other customers. Finally another customer helped me. I have never experienced anything like this. I was so frustrated I was almost in tears.

Just had a very unpleasant experience. Was meeting my wife to sign very important documents and get them out in time. My phone just died before I could text my wife the address. Manager said "sorry no public phones" and refused to call her with the address. So I went to T Mobile they were kind enough to let me plug my phone into the charger. By the time she came it was too late.

These guys are so god damn trash. If you have an option please use UPS. It made no damn sense for me to call around to find out where my package is since it was inaccurate online. Theyre supposed to leave a tag on your door telling you where to pick up your item and I didnt even get that. Just trash. Close down all facilities please.

This is a nice little FedEx office. They are usually pretty friendly and helpful and everything you need to do is all right there. So many different printing options and of course they ship out packages as well. Usually not too crowded and Im pretty sure theyre open pretty late.

I process FedEx packages so frequently and staff have been courteous and friendly at anytime of the day. There have been time when I inquired on packages I shipped out and they took the time to research and update me.

I dont write reviews but I felt compelled to rate this store a 1. If I could go lower I would. Horrible service. Will not go here ever again. No wonder UPS is putting them out of business.

Truth be told Ive only been here once in the last year or so. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful with suggestions how to best meet shipping needs of the party I was with.

The laminator machine takes 20 min to warm up. Very expensive. Annoying copywrite policy even if your copying a public brochure
