Worst Fedex retail office ever. Basically, if they arent profiting from doing the FedEx work, they dont do it. They get 3 shipments of packages a day, if it comes on the 3:00 p.m. truck, they wont scan it till the next day. If you bring them a package and they cant make money on it somehow, they make up excuses that the box isnt packed correctly (of course they will charge you to repack it). If you bring them a package or ask them to do FedEx work after 3 p.m. on a Friday, they wont work on it or look at it till Monday. Essentially, calling them a Fedex Retail location is a joke. Go somewhere else. Note I have no review of their copy/print office services.

Unbelievable experience! I tried to drop off a package with a prepaid label and the associate refused to take it. He said the box was not sturdy enough and it needed more packaging to support the weight. He said it would be placed under boxes that weight 80 pounds and will probably be crushed. I told him I already had filler inside and it would be OK. He tried to upsell me on extra filler for four dollars! Ive never had a problem like this with UPS or USPS. I have a wonderful relationship with my UPS store and they do a great job. Very frustrating experience.

Was a customer for years, but theyve hired a really nasty lady that works at the counter now. Heavy set, short grey hair - mean!!. After arguing over what constituted a stock certificate, she said she had to enter the information into the computer because the writing "was illegible". As I understand, all info is entered. Nasty, mean, ugly lady - took my stuff back and mailed it at Kimberly. This old bag is going to lose this store a lot of business. Ive spent thousands of $ there over the years, but no more. Better dump her while you can...
