I have lost count of how many times ive been lied to by the #$%^&* running this place, and even though I havent had a box there for several months, theyre still lying to me and causing me headaches. Ive seen some poorly run businesses, but this place takes it to the extreme. Everything is overpriced, including the gifts (junk) they sell in there, and im lucky to get a straight answer out of anyone. If I ask the question again, they get pissy and blame me, saying I have a bad attitude. Well, my attitude is a reflection of how you treat me, and when you lie to me, waste my time, refuse to answer my questions, and create problems for me, youre not going to like the response! (duh)

Great customer service. The guy who complained about the .50 is cheep!!! The girls there work hard and if .50 is such a big deal Im glad they dont have to put up with him. I do a lot of other business there other then just use them as a drop box. They have packed items for me that I thought would be impossible to ship and they all got there in one piece. Over 20 years they have been there and it makes me happy to know they have survived when all else in this town have failed. Your loss Bill. Oh and the Chino Hills Postal Place is no longer in business. Nate retired!!!!

Ive had a mailbox here for about a year. The staff has always been very friendly and hard-working. Whenever Ive needed help on something unusual, theyve scrambled to help. Yes, their prices are a little high, but thats true of every postal/packing place Ive ever visited. It seems to go with the territory. If you want rock-bottom shipping prices, go directly USP/FedEx/USPS. If you want the convenience of a local store go to a postal/packing place.

Expensive place! I went in today to have five sheets faxed and I paid $8.90 just to have it faxed. WTH...That is the last time I have anything faxed there! They should of told me before I faxed my documents. I would of definitely went somewhere else....ugh!!

So I routinely send packages to my parents and know what it should cost, this place was 3 times more expensive then anywhere else. Also in the middle of my transaction the guy left to take a phone call about giving away hours to another employee. NEVER AGAIN!
