I had the best experience with Teresa, or Notary Plus Mobile Service. I requested an appointment for a live scan and photo. She met met at my office, on time and after a brief setup, took my picture and processed my live scan. Im a picky guy - the kind that will get on your nerves for being so specific and high maintenance. She was professional, courteous and met all my expectations. That being said, she gets 5 stars from me.

Very disappointed. I had a confirmed appointment. The representative completely forgets. Sent me someone else and didnt try to make up for it. Told me to come back. I dont know that many people that get 2 lunches in 1 day. They could of made of for it by coming to me instead of me going to them again. Didnt even offer to correct the mistake. Would not use a service that cannot be dependable.

This place rocks. The owner Teresa knew what she was doing and was extremely helpful and kind. I was in and out in no time. I had to go there to get some finger prints and live scan to renew my NMLS license in several states. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in the mortgage industry looking for a notary, live scan and finger printing.

Dont go here for passport photo. They wont even give you a copy of digital version and they cost much more than UPS.
