My letter did not arrive to its destination on time because of their lack of knowledge about paperwork & I paid top dollar for the fastest delivery service. Called to complain & demand a refund. Extremely bad customer service. The unprofessional employee was very rude and even hung up on me!

Watch out for this business!! They will take advantage of you. They charged me $8 for sending a single fax. I needed it and the lady knew it. Had no choice but to pay their overprice service.
