Over the years I have used few UPS stores to ship packages internationally. This store stands out. Employees are highly knowledgeable and professional. They provide multiple options for international shipping - UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.. They have always guided me to the right decision based on my needs. I am amazed at how many box size choices they have in that store. They can find the right size box meeting my needs without cutting it, thus maintaining the integrity of the box strength.

Ive had two horrible experiences with this UPS store and I will never got back even though its closest to my home. Not only are their employees monotone and rude and dumb, but they dont get your packages to where theyre supposed to go! I spent almost $50 to get a tiny envelope sent and it was late. They just dont know what theyre doing. Spend the extra minute going up the street to the next UPS Store.

I really dont understand what the bad reviews are from. Im sure they are isolated incidents from some yuppy with a bad attitude. The staff is always very helpfull. Ive used every service they offer and havent ran into any problems. Keep up the good work!

Be careful with this ups store, they will continue to charge you for your mail box even if you tell them to close it. The lady at the counter is very rude, all they want to do is take your money. Take you business to a different ups store.

If youre using UPS to return your Amazon Prime loot, remember to bring your own box. BYOB. They will charge you extra for packaging.
