Had my phone shipped overnight thru my phone companys insurance and they (fedex) were late on delivering it. Then the next day when it says it was delivered I come home to see if my package was outside by the front door as they stated and nothing was there, then I call them and they tell me its not their fault. Somehow I get the feeling that the delivery guy never delivered it to the right address or bothered to deliver it. So thanks fedex in Ontario for pretty much robbing me of my phone. Worst fedex experience I have ever gone thru. Train your employees before sending them out to do a job that requires some type of basic knowledge. This has caused me such an inconvenience and they dont care to help me with that.

Opted to get a package delivered overnight. I find out through online tracking fedex says my job company was closed when they tried to deliver the package. THE DID NOT TRY TO DELIVER ANYTHING, nor was there a slip stating they attempted to deliver a package. The driver left a note that a gate was closed. What gate? We have no gate in from of out building or the front door. I vow to never ship anything with fedex ever again. I really needed this item and now I am not going to receive it. When I called for my money back they say its the shippers fault. Really? They shipped it same day as they were suppose to. fedex dropped the ball again with no accountability. never again! Could I leave 0 stars?

had someone home all day and they DID NOT come, however the delievery status is EXCEPTION ( and there is NO DOOR TAG) , because no one was available to receive the package. Im beyond livid, tomorrow everyone has school and work, so the delivery status will again be EXCEPTION. Ill request UPS next time, even USPS is better than FEDEX!!!! Seems like the Ontario hub screws up a lot, next business day delivery? Someone needs their money back for this very inconvenient position that I have been put in!

Their ability to communicate with each other...ground, air, express etc. needs to improve. There are all kinds of excuses but very little performance. Im surprised that a corporation like this does not have a better means of communication among themselves. Even though Ive been diligent in communicating with them, this experience has created a big inconvenience.

Useless waste of money. My package was promised by 11:00. It is now 11:17 and no package. They said driver left because he didnt know what apartment unit but its a house. Moron. Ill be requesting sellers use USPS or UPS from now on. I want nothing to do with these idiots ever again. Meanwhile Im waiting on these idiots for my package.

My package was delivered with the box totally torn open and the contents visibly broken. I refused the package, but still dont understand why Fed Ex would try to deliver the package when it was clearly destroyed by them! Now I have to figure out how to get it replaced asap since I needed it today. Not happy with Fed Ex!

Worst shipping service you could use. They will ship to within 30 miles of your house only to let your package sit there for 6 more days because thats your "scheduled delivery date" seriously who comes up with this crap?

FedEx will not deliver my packages , they send it to the local post office and my packages are delayed. I will never use FedEx for this reason.
