This place is so unprofessional and uncoordinated. I used their shipping services for 3 day delivery via USPS. When I asked for a receipt/tracking information I was told I would have to pay more. So, I let it go. That was probably the first mistake. The box made it to its destination with postage due for about the same amount. My recipient was told the postage was never paid and the weight of the box was Identifed as a 1lb shipment instead of 11lbs. Therefore postage was due. When I returned to Mailbox to explain we had paid for the shipment twice (once to mailbox it and once to USPS) she stated she made a mistake but would only give me partial credit (25%) less because they would have to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. I told them it was not correct what she was doing because I paid for the same shipment twice and I was told that the recipient should have sent the box back so they could research and as needed rectify the error. Lesson learned. If I would have paid cash I would have been left out about 25% less then what I had paid and we ended up paying double for the same package . It is now in the hands of my credit card company for dispute. Customer beware!

This is really a hidden gem. Its hard to find because it wasnt assigned a suite number (its "Located in East Lake Village Shopping Center. Left of VONS and next to the Cleaners. "), and the store looks disorganized, but dont let that put you off. Ruby is excellent and provides professional service. I went in there for fingerprinting and she not only charged less than everyone else ($20 cash/$24 credit vs. $30-40 at other places), she worked with me when we discovered it was ambiguous which category my prints should be in. Instead of just picking one arbitrarily, she held off the report until I could confirm with my requesting agency and called her back. Come here - you wont regret it!

Outstanding Service with a Smile..... In Jan.of 2011, I contracted a one year lease with Mailbox It, in Yorba Linda, for P.O. Box service while living out of the country. Since then I have needed to use their notary, scanning, international mailing, faxing and finger printing services. The friendliness and professionalism with which Ruby and staff have handled each transaction greatly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Ruby and her business and am certain you will be more than satisfied with their service.

Had got a wonderful experience with their services offered. Its like a one stop shop wherein you will find a notary always available to extend her prompt & efficient services.The packing done for the gifts for christmas was amazing and was delivered right on time. Also the Uhaul service for moving provided was excellent. Would definitely give both thumbs up for this store. Its a total new & different shopping experience all together..

Awesome service. Ruby always greets you with a smile and knows where every piece of mail is located. Mailbox It has a terrific array of services such as notary, copying, USPS, mailboxes and FedEx to name a few. I high recommend this service.
