Dont let them swipe your debit/credit card! There set up is cheasy as hell. Its not a regular card reader. Just a little device that the lady kept swiping my card through multiple ways . Looks like the ones that steal your credit card info connected to the computer directly with a cable. No machine, nowhere to insert the card. It looks really old and all of a sudden youre telling me she doesnt know how to swipe a debit card? I should have seen the red flags. she asked me if my address and zip was up-to-date on my license. She got all my info. Unfortunately the next day my card was being used. . So yes a copy was made. I have a chip on my card so I guess the only way they were able to buy things was online. Lucky for me I have an app which notifies me immediately of charges so they were only able to use it two times in 1 minute before I shut it down.

I brought a package to them to ship. Not only did they charge me $2 to print my shipping label (cash only as the owner demanded) but when i asked if i could add some extra tape to my box the owner said no, when i told him it was filled many small heavy items that I didnt want to fall out he told me to literally "Take your package somewhere else then I taped it just fine." I asked why he would tell me to get out of his store for simply asking for some additional tape and he wouldnt even answer me just said take it somewhere else. Incredibly rude Im still confused as to why the owner was so rude to me. Take your business to Postal Annex at least they know how to treat a customer who is trying to bring them business.

I came to this place to ship a package via DHL to France. I asked what time it will be picked up. Woman said they dont know. They are on call basis, so it could be today or tomorrow. Wow! I needed my package to go out the same day so I asked her to do Fedex. She got some information from me and printed out some forms and I paid (very expensive!) and left. Three days later my package came back. Fedex said no proper documents included. I found out that this place put down wrong delivery address and did not include Commercial Invoice, which is required for all international package. These guys had no clue of that. Went to other DHL place and got it done properly. I will never go to this place again.

We dropped a package off here that was a bad cell phone going to Verizon. It was a replacement for a new phone sent to us. The package was never scanned as being picked up from this shop. The shop has no record of receiving it because they said they do not log a package into the shop with a pre-paid label. If the packaged is not found and delivered we will be charged 300.00 for the new phone. The shop says they do not have the package. The tracking number shows it was never picked up. Go to a real Fed-ex store.

Go to real shipping place, not here! These guys have no clue how to ship international packages (Fedex or DHL). Clerk picked a price from the air and then quoted me that price. She did not know what a commercial invoice was. Risky!
