I have been their customer for 3 years and extremely happy with their service. The staff is well trained and they try to serve me immediately. They have never lost any packages and go out of their way to help me. I am so thankful for them. Sometimes they do get busy but the staff juggles a couple of customers at a time to make sure that no one has to wait. There is always a smile on them and they always guide me and give me tips on how to make sure I never miss a UPs pickup even if I am running against time and have gone out of their way to hold the driver just to make sure I do not miss my pickup.

The staff there are arrogant and not helpful at all. When you have large parcel, you have to put it on the scale yourself and put it to the place where they told you to. They just stand there and click the mouse for you, thats all. The worst experience with UPS.

Dont normally review places, but the worker there (Neeta) really did a good job in multi-tasking and handling multiple customers. Not something you see from the hired help now a days!
