I sent a lifesize fragile statue - when it arrived to my client it was shattered - the wrapping was not as it had left my possesion and half of the filling INSIDE the box was gone leaving it vulnerable to damage. Not only did I have to refund my client but instead of deliving the package BACK TO SHIPPER as it was directed to it went thru 5 different states New Mexico, Illinois, Kansas, Indiana (which is where I originated shipping), just to find out that it was shipped BACK TO PHEONIX TO DELIVER BACK TO MY CLIENT STILL IN BROKEN CONDITION! After 5 attempts with so called "supervisors" It is in California 10 miles away from my client with what they say NO WAY TO STOP IT!!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AS A COMPANY. I understand human error, but this is just a lazy lack of reading mistake. I am completely in shock considering we have had a business account with them for over 20 years. Shame...

Horrible place for an outside carrier to pickup from. Loads not ready on time, keep getting a run around when you check in. And then on top of it they dont even call you when the load is ready! I felt as if nobody in line haul really carried about doing a proper job. Yard dogs beeping their horns like maniacs amd slamming into trailers so hard all around you while your trying to get a little sleep in between checking in to see if your loads ready. Im refusing to ever pickup from this place again. What a nightmare. *on-site parking* *shower*

TERRIBLE SERVICE! NOT EVEN 1 STAR! Sent a package 7 days ago and apparently it has been sitting at city of industry for 6 DAYS NOW!! Ivery been calling for 4 days now and have been lied to twice (said it was there, another said it had arrived). Now Im told that office is closed today. ALL I NEED IS FOR THE PACKAGE TO TRAVEL 20 MINUTES TO THE OTHER FED EX OFFICE SO MY SON CAN PICK IT UP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN AND THIS INFO HAS BEEN PUT ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA!!

I cant say whether it clean facility or well organized or not, on account the place was closed on a Tuesday at 10:20 am. Perhaps the personnel were late for work, but if your time constraint, I suggest try another service center, unless you want to take a risk of detouring. Note: The sign did state open at 10am.

This place is a zoo. Not much room to maneuver no real clear directions to where you should go and the drivers driving around there are speeding so much I was worried I was going to get hit or hit something else by how crowded and disorganized it was

They need to fix the way trailers are left sometimes is hard to maneuver through the terminal to look for some trailers , other then that is an alright terminal , the wifi sometimes is fast :)

It is well organized, but next time ask for Aaron or Curtis at security guard. Theyre both in charge of customer service. Aaron is in at 11am and Curtis at 9am if Im not mistaken.

Great place for lunch or to enjoy the sunset. They closed early so if ur there fishing get ur food n coffee before 7pm. Breakfast burrito is huge
