Poor service. Lady in front desk not suitable for the job. They work in this kind of business they should have a staff who is physically able to do whats required of the job when drop offs are done. I know they have free pick up available but not all have an extra person at home to wait for pick up time. Very typical Filipino style of dealing business. Falls short on staff capability. Pay labor less and let customers do the moving of the boxes with the dolly. Saves on overhead costs. Atlas is nearby... Same service but at least the Atlas lady smiles.

What a rip off this company is! They asked me what size box, and where it was going, then they gave me a rate. When the driver came to pick up, the rate increased by $20 per box! What a scam company!
