Fed Ex is so unprofessional. Ive been expecting a very important package that required a signature and I was not home. The tag said that you can request the package to be delivered at another fed ex location, so I went online created an account tracked my package and requested that it be delivered at the local Walgreens the following day. After work, I went to Walgreens, in West Covina and they never delivered the package. I called fed ex and the rep said that he saw that I put in the request and wasnt sure why it was never delivered and that the driver took it to my house again, but I was not home, well, hello, thats why I requested another delivery location. Then he transferred me to another department and that representative called the City of Industry fed ex location because she said its still early and they may be able to deliver it also she saw my request and wasnt sure why it was not honored. After I was put on hold for 15 minutes she said that the driver stated that he took it to the fed ex drop location at Walgreens in West Covina , but there was no one there to sign for the package. Seriously, are these the type of employees you have? Common sense you ask a cashier to call a manager to sign for it, or maybe the photo clerk. If this is a fed ex location, I would think the manager would sign and keep the package for pick up. I called the company that I ordered my very expensive item from and told them I dont want it, requested a full refund and that the package is at fed ex. If theyre smart theyll look for another company to ship items to their customers.

Seriously, I HATE FEDEX because of packages that come out of this location, the drivers always get to my gated apartment complex and dont even try to come on and force me to go to the location to pick it up, YOU ARE PAID TO DELIVER A PACKAGE, not to lie and say you tried, with no door tag, and to say the gate was closed, what if your door to your bedroom wasnt open this morning, do you call your boss and say you cant come in? This company is the epitome of awful, I paid 120 dollars to have a package shipped next day to me, and i never get my packages delivered when i use this company, unfortunately I had no choice this time around. Will be doing everything in my power to get the word out not to use Fedex in southern california if dont live in a place that the drivers deem convenient to do their job in.

Worst FedEx ever. Wanna give -1 star if possible. Went in this morning try to drop off a package. A short hair lady with glasses names Lucy was threatening me my box is not strong enough , need to buy FedEx box or they wont guarantee any damage. I compared rates with USPS and paid FedEx insurance from online, never a problem when dropped my packages off at PostNet or other FedEx chain stores. So I said goodbye to her and went to city of Orange FedEx after work, they gladly accepted my package without any issues. She not only sent me home, I see other Asians she was very rude on them as well. She reminds me one of my high school teacher that she just dont like Asian. Read other bad reviews about including Yelp.

These guys are a TERRIBLE... I paid for overnight shipping and their lazy driver (on a FRIDAY) decided he could not find our house and therefore my package was held over until Monday when he somehow found it. By the way it was very HOT Friday and I am convinced he was simply shortening his route to get off early... UPS nor USPS would have delivered ON TIME... NO MORE FEDEX for me... Well maybe some photocopies at Kinkos-fedex:-)

This location, or perhaps the whole company system, is bad. Ill stick with ups. Paid for shipping and ended up picking up my orders because they said the delivery time was 8pm, but came too early in the morning. Did not bother to walk in like ups people but stay all the way on the street. They dont even know to leave the package at a location near my house either.

Horrible service! Lady had attitude because I asked a simple question. When I called to ask what happened to my package they said the business was closed! The package was being delivered to a residential address!!! I understand it gets busy, but you dont need to have an attitude when I was being polite. I said, hope you are having a good day. She was just rude!

Had a great experience with several representatives from FedEx. They were very helpful and provided me with outstanding service. The day I received my package driver called me and so did a representative from their main office to check. I will definetly ship through FedEx again.

I live in an apartment complex where a key is needed to enter the building but the delivery person was lazy and didnt even contact the manager or something through the inter phone so she could open the door. Now I have to wait for my packet, bad service!

Didnt bother to use intercom to get into our apt complex. Paid over night shipping and yet it will be delivered on Monday. I have to pick it up which consumed my time & gas. Whats the point of paying for services if it cannot be delivered? Grrr...

This location, along with the company, is completely useless with a side of aweful customer service. The women working the front desk is extremely rude. I went in about a package, instead of helping, she scolded me.

Unclear direction! They should have a drop off line with a sign. Customers are waiting long time to drop the package off!! The counter people are very slow.....take more than 15mins to take care 1 customer.....!

Good service here, but the location is bad especially during 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Everybody is getting off work and Fullerton Road is backed up like crazy.
