Classes only, no individual workouts. But the classes are good with interval training focused on cardio, strength and endurance. Theres high energy music and encouraging coaches who keep it motivating with different programs every day. Best of all, you have a heart rate monitor that helps you keep track of your effort level regardless of your fitness level... you do all the same exercises, but you manage your effort and exertion based on your own ability, heart rate and comfort level, not based on what anyone else is doing. If you can keep your heart rate in the "orange zone" for at least 12-20 minutes, you burn calories even beyond the end of your hour (the "theory" in orange theory). In short, good exercise classes for any fitness level.

Love the energy and the vibe. I like how its centered around heart rate, so everyone is doing a workout that works for them and where theyre at, rather than competing on reps and feeling down when they dont meet the reps. As long as I know Im in my color zones that the instructor is directing us towards, I know Im getting my own great workout. Great concept and Ill keep coming back!

It is the best, most effective workout you can do in one hour. Its the only workout that has ever made me push myself physically to goals I thought previously unattainable! The hour workout flies by because its so much fun! I burn more calories than I do in any other workout and its a combination of cardio, power, strength, core, and conditioning. Its also never the same workout so you never know what to expect - my new obsession!
