Kim is an excellent instructor! She is extremely nice, personable, and caring. Her primary concern is your overall well-being, and she always pays individual attention to each student. She will greet you by name, and be happy to see you. Kim studied in India for many years, and it shows. Her knowledge of the art is extremely deep, but she presents it in a very tangible and friendly way. The important thing with Kim is that she understands that everyones body is different, and each persons experience will be unique. She is there to guide you through as small or as deep an experience that you prefer. She is really wonderful and I cant recommend her enough!

I started seeing Kim for postural alignment therapy as Ive had problems with my shoulders and back for years. After only three sessions, I can see and feel a huge difference, not just in my shoulders and back but in my hips too. I have a 15 month old girl that Ive been able to take to the sessions with me which is amazing as otherwise I would struggle to find time to go. Kim has been really supportive and checks in with me in between sessions so she can tailor my program. She is extremely professional and easy to work with. Im so glad I found her!

Just starting working with Kim three weeks ago and the results have been dramatic. I have had major surgeries on both hips, neck and shoulder that have left my body completely out of alignment. Working with Kim to re-align my posture back into its original state is my goal. I am shocked at how much we have accomplished in such a short period of time. All my areas of surgery feel better, my range of motion has improved dramatically and I am walking with a much better gate. It works!!!

I reached out to Kim because I was having knee pain. Kim does postural alignment therapy as well as yoga and Ive been working with her for about 4 weeks now. Not only has my knee pain almost disappeared, I am walking taller (my upper back is straighter), I have much improved range of motion in my shoulders and now were working on my hips. Im more aware of my body and how all the parts work together. Kim is worth every penny!
